Not only are the assembly directions confusing and misleading but the manufacturer should have done some of the assembly spent packing each part individually - especially the wiring of the lights to the incoming power wires. As pointed out by another reviewer, there is no "ground" wire included in the incoming power wiring / or needed connection points on the unit. The chandelier, after the many "stumbles" in assembly, is quite attractive once it is hanging from the ceiling with small black shades on each LED bulb. I connected the power thru' a dimmer switch for variation in the ambiance for the occasion. Now that I know the solutions for the problems encountered, and if I had a location to hang another, I would buy another. But if I had known the problems I would encounter, and the displeasure over the delay needed to assemble and mount this chandelier, I would have selected another one, ... show more
