You have to assemble it which theyfailed to mention in this listing, It also doesn't connect to wifi which they ALSO failed to mention. I'm extremely agitated because there was no mention of needing a ethernet cable, i would have never purchased this if i had known i couldn't connect it to the wifi. No clue how the performance actually is with this pc, because i can't run anything without getting that cable. ... show more

PC was probably great in 2020, but is now outdated and cant be upgraded to current Windows version, so its basically useless except for local offline games and word processing.

The media could not be loaded. Excelente equipo. Lo compré para trabajos de edición de videos y fotografías y maneja los programas con facilidad y no tuve problemas de drivers. La recomiendo 100%.

The computer arrived completely defective and would not power on. In addition, Amazon suggested compatible upgrades (extra RAM and a graphics card), but the motherboard in this PC has no available slots to install them. The unit was returned to Amazon, and I am still waiting for my refund. First one arrived broken. Had to pay out-of-pocket for the return. Got the replacement n 10/20 only to find out it is loaded with Windows 10 which became obsolete on 10/14... so basically useless without an expensive upgrade.
