  • DO NOT BUY THIS PC
Bought this PC for a teenager to play games on, after 1 week it slowed down so bad that he couldn’t play his games. He was having to restart it after 20 mins because it would lock up. Then it stopped loading all together. Will not start up at all, I have been trying to get in touch with Alarco ever since and every time I get a phone number or email it always comes back as no good or undeliverable. The link on their website doesn’t work for either warranty or customer support. This PC is junk, don’t waste your money. ... show more

  • Streaming PC
Im a streamer, im using a capture card and play mostly ps5 , i play games like valorant or csgo only on this pc but the speed, look and feel are great. If your looking to play like cod or more detailed games i’d upgrade the graphics card, other than that great streaming pc or lightly graphics games! Everything thats in pc was in description no wrong parts. ... show more

  • Do not buy!
This computer is terrible. It randomly stopped working. I cannot get ahold of Alaraco. They will not answer phone calls or emails. Their voicemail says to contact Amazon or Walmart if you purchased it on their website and then when I contact Amazon, it’s out of their 30 day window. It is suppose to have a 1 year warranty and we are still within the warranty and I can’t get ahold of anyone at Alarco. It’s a terrible company and I do not recommend their product! ... show more

  • Great gaming PC
There are a few very negative reviews about this product but it is perfect for a first time gaming computer. My son is 14 and absolutely loves it. He is able to play all of the games he wants and there is plenty of storage space. We are very happy with this product.

  • It's ok as a backup gaming computer with a caveat
Hope this helps... After using this for almost 30 days. I purchased it because I needed something fast to use on a trip. The power supply is decent, the processor (i7-2600) in this computer is circa 2011, but it is viable enough with the included video card and 16GB of RAM of playing both World of Warships and Dragon's Dogma Darkness Arisen at a decent FPS, the box even includes a piece of paper with Fortnight settings on it, but I did not test that. For World of Warships I played it on low quality which is playable but not the best visually at a comfortable 35fps. In addition the WiFi dongle that comes with it imo is not really adequate at 600 Mbps. I supplemented this with a 1200 USB ($24) wifi adapter which does a better job helping wifi transfer rates. The caveat: Fortunately I had a used GTX 1060 video card that fits on the board, and this makes a huge difference. So you could balance the list price plus the price of a new or used 1060, and make an evaluation about how good of an economic deal this is. If time had not been a factor, I would of priced up a case, a motherboard, a CPU, memory, a 1Tb hard drive, power supply, and a video card to make the best comparision. Of course maybe you don't want to mess with it or have the desire to build your own computer. Also take a look at Digital Storm online for another reference. One other comment- the smallest motherboard I have ever seen, with zero expansion capabilities. Yes the video card can be replaced, but don't go crazy, I'd stick with the 1060, and of note with the upgraded card, you'll have to fish out a spare power connector (pull off the backside computer panel) to add the extra power needed for it to run. I'm also using this to edit with Unreal Engine, and it's not nearly as peppy as my tower at home, It is functional although slower when shaders have to be processed, which is not that often... ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY
Nearly every piece of hardware in this PC is all outdated. I’ve only had it for 3 months and it completely failed startup and I took it to Best Buy and they said everything is failing cuz it’s so damn old. The only thing that is salvageable is the frame, fans and the power supply. So they are going to rip out everything else and replace them with new hardware and it’ll be 5x better and way more modern than the hardware that it originally comes with. Back in the day when this PC was first made, I bet it was really really good. But not anymore. The hardware in it is around 10 years old. Do not waste your time here with this one. 🤙🏼 ... show more

  • problems right out of the box
As soon as we started up the computer we have disk read errors and was forced to open it up and check every wire. After a while we finally got it working then the next day we are stuck in a repeating loop of failing to load. The software seems to not be functioning probably as well and now we are in the process of having to find where the issue is. We have never had so many problems out of a brand new computer like this. ... show more
