Shipped in a padded box, inside another padded box, wrapped in shrink wrap. A+ for Shipping. The computer is ready to Rock-n-Roll right out of the box. It has an HDMI for on-board graphics. Turn it on, fresh load of Windows 11 waiting for you. The case on this model can be opened from either side. There is a tab on the top left of both the right & left side panels. Just pull outward on the tab. The panel will pop off. The power supply cables are neatly installed with unused ones in the bottom zip tied together with the RGB fan controller. The fans are controlled by the included remote. This is a Mini ATX motherboard with only 2 RAM slots. Both are occupied. The wireless adapter is an AX210 in a PCI slot. Includes Bluetooth. There is 1 PCI Express slot for a video card. There is a lot of room, so even fairly large cards will fit. Our old RTX 2060 slid right in. No issues. Recognized the GPU and booted up fine. The power supply has two PCI-E 6/8 pin connectors. In the bottom, there is a mount for two extra hard drives. They include two SATA cables. There are 6 open SATA ports on the motherboard. The power supply has ample SATA & even MOLEX connectors. When it comes to cooling, this thing really moves some air. It's not exactly loud, but it's not as quiet as Workstation. My old computer broke and I just needed a new one quick. I was a little frustrated that it gave me one estimate when I ordered but then after I placed the order it was a longer wait. With that said it still got here sooner than the second estimate by 2 days. It did take a bit of putting together but not bad. It functions just as well as my previous computer that cost me over 2k so I’m very happy with these price and quality. I make YouTube gaming videos and it does great at letting me have games going while recording and sometimes streaming. Great graphics, great for gaming. If buy this again ... show more

easy to install, working just fine. my advice to someone who wants to get this product—make sure you get a good wifi adapter along with it. computer takes a ton of time to open just a single tab. wifi adapters are cheap if you’re worried. only gave four stars because of the wifi issue.

    • Misleading pictures Verges on false advertisment
Buyer Beware I was not expecting anything top of the line in this price range However this sale verges on false advertisment .(My fault for not researching more) but they call it a gameing pc and the pictures show something that looks like a vid card in the case that is not there on the one I got. The graphics card is integrated and what ever card they had in the one in the pictures is not in mine . I will keep it and just buy a graphics card the pc works fine just seems a shady way to sell it. They should disclose it is integrated Graphics and not use pictures to mislead potential buyers ... show more

So far everything has been working great. Ours did not come with a cord to hook up to the monitor, but we did have a HDMI cord, so that worked just fine. Other than that no problems and works great to play games on.
