Bought this pc back in early April 2026. Since it was lacking most of the vital data concerning it's build components and their specs I ask for them to send it to me which they said they'd have their engineer gather and would send. Well, now 3 months later they're closing my contact threads pretending everything has been completed/fulfilled. I've written via Amazon's item details page and get no reply at all so I would say they lied and never intended to gather this pc's specs into a document/bundle of docs to send to me. Some of the components have a sticker which I've been able to piece together brand, model, etc., but many have no sticker and/or can't get to like the cpu/fan etc. I'm completely disappointed with Ningmei and would NOT recommend buying from them. They raised the price for the same pc over $100 and honestly I'd be wary as they don't seem to want to be open about what they are putting in this pc. So far the RAM is not a known name brand, nor fans and not even sure about the motherboard. Mine is running ok but not using is much as I have a feeling it's going to start having problems if I work it very hard. Buyers Beware!! ... show more

Buy if you can use as is works fine. But if your going to try to upgrade this pc you be better of getting a named brand. Had tons of trouble up grading from the video card, Memory, and a second ssd, All failed in one way or the other. From system crashes to some of my game so slow, not playable at all. I bought this pc because i thought i could upgrade it, I had parts to do so. NOT happy with pc all. For me this pc is worthless. Don't buy 0 Star. ... show more

Buyer Beware I was not expecting anything top of the line in this price range However this sale verges on false advertisment .(My fault for not researching more) but they call it a gameing pc and the pictures show something that looks like a vid card in the case that is not there on the one I got. The graphics card is integrated and what ever card they had in the one in the pictures is not in mine . I will keep it and just buy a graphics card the pc works fine just seems a shady way to sell it. They should disclose it is integrated Graphics and not use pictures to mislead potential buyers ... show more
