I would give it a star lower than one, but it won’t allow me. Horrible, horrible, horrible and horrible. Substandard laptop. Couldn’t game on here to save your life if you wanted to. Battery life is horrible. Sound quality is absolutely horrible with the speakers. With the 16 inch screen it’s not bad. Debating on whether or not want to return it because the keys don’t really work that well. It is lightweight. takes forever to run an update. ... show more

Worked straight all except for the mini HDMI, which is non-detectable and I am a kind of a computer expert so I have to tell you it’s more of a Franken Stein type computer put together so finding drivers are reinstalling drivers can be very hard. Even after I contacted the technician even he could not supply me with the right driver and kept on insisting that the Wright drivers were sent to me, but they were not. ... show more
