I ordered this chair from Amazon,arrived very quickly in a large box. Out of the box I received a very well packaged unassembled chair. Assembly instructions sheet was ripped had a hole in the middle, I had to use my know how and imagination to put this chair together. This is sold as a comfortable gaming chair. I ordered this to use it at my desk for gaming and office work. There is no cushioning on this chair, lumbar support is like having a smooth stone at the bottom of my back, seating area is like sitting on a wooden board. Only cushiony parts on this chair is the low seating neck (more like) back pillow and the arm rests. It's a very hard chair, I can't imagine sitting on this chair for couple of hours of gaming sessions or long work hours. Leg rest feel very flimsy and awkward I am afraid after using it several times, I'll probably break it. There are only to adjustment levers one is up and down, other one is the adjusting the back to lean back. All in all this chair has nice leather like PU surface, no plastic smell, however not a comfortable chair at all. I don't recommend this chair.

Short version: Maybe, I would recommend this gaming chair, depending on how you use it. It isn't a great desk chair, but for the price, it could be a good gaming chair. This was one of the best packed chairs I have ever assembled. All of the components (including the full set of needed screws with allen wrench/screw driver) were included. The materials and construction quality were reasonably good too. Assembly instructions were pictures, but the shapes of the components made them easy to identify. My wife and I had it together in 15 minutes. Operationally: seat height adjustment is easy, but recline has one issue. The arms are attached to the moving seat back and hinged at the front where your hands rest. When getting up out of the seat, pressing down on the armrests makes them hinge forward & downward, causing the seat back to decline forward. I would prefer a solid armrest when getting out of the seat. Comfort: the seat back and armrests are fine, but the seat pan is hard, with very little padding. This is normal for a more economical chair, but an added seat pad improved the comfort. The leg rest (not "footrest") is a nice addition. In general, the chair is most comfortable when reclined, using the leg rest, such as gaming or watching a video. Upright, such as typing at the computer desk, it is not very comfortable. Final note: the elastic straps holding the headrest and lumbar support are not adjustable, and do not stay in place. As shown in the product video, you must manually keep moving the pads into position. If needing an inexpensive chair for gaming, this may be a good choice. For desk/computer work, it is not as comfortable.

I spend a lot of time behind the computer whether is working or playing video games. When I was looking at this chair I assumed that the gaming part is meant well for PC gaming positions... like mouse and keyboard style... Turns out this is more for the joystick style gaming since the only comfortable position is the reclined one. The chair itself is stiff and the seat is really hard. This might loosen and soften up in time but for now I'm stuck with a gaming chair that I can't use for my style of gaming nor can I use it for work... If you're looking for a PS/XBox/etc style of gaming (reclined with a controller in your hand) then I recommend... but for thise of us who are keyboard and mouse gamers this won't do it.
