For the money I spent I didn't expect much, I was actually expecting something flimsy and ready to fall apart after rocking back and forth. To my surprise once I got my hands on the parts and start putting it together, but was actually quite sturdy. It supports my lower back perfectly, the massager is an okay addition but I can't see it being my go too when I soreness.
