I’ve been really happy with this controller. The sticks feel great, inputs are super responsive and overall it’s just really nice to use, especially for the price. I did unfortunately have an issue with my R4 back button becoming mushy and harder to press after a few weeks. I reached out to GameSir through their Discord and they actually took care of me. Zayn and Roxy looked into the issue and helped get me a replacement. Obviously I would’ve preferred not having an issue in the first place, but stuff happens and the way a company handles it matters a lot to me. Really impressed with their support and I’m looking forward to getting back to using the controller.

The GameSir Tarantula 8K I used on the Forza Horizon 6 and COD Warzone feels buttery smooth on the controller. The weight is super lightweight. The value of the money is worth it and better than the overrated money. The button is smooth and buttery. The quality on these controller when you play the game with GameSir Connect settings. It's perfect and it's compatibility such as eSports title, trending games, and you can bring it anywhere any place. As long it is plugged in and connected.

Very responsive controller , exactly what i need as i preffer ps controller stick’s layout. For me works from the box , tried g7 pro 8k aimlabs but it was disconnecting randomly, this one works as it should at the same cable . Be careful, if it works correctly from the box dont rush with firmware updates , and go to gamesir discord and check , cause sometimes after update they can break something. Aiming is very good . Like it alot ! Professional controller for decent price.

Simply one of the best controller money can buy, if you are looking for a controller to play competitive shooters with a symmetrical thumb stick layout this has to be one of the best if not the best option. Controller feels high quality, is incredibly light due to being wired with no rumble packs. Highly recommend.

This controller is hands down the best controller I've ever held in my hand performance wise. Ergonomically this really fits well in the hand, it's just a bit wider than a Dualshock 4. I know there are several brands for 8K polling rate and competitive controllers out there but for $70 this really made it through for me. I received it with international shipping in roughly 2 weeks and I ordered 2 (my friend also wanted one so he payed me and I shipped them). They arrived in flawless condition and with no imperfections thankfully . Last night we tested the controllers on Ranked Play in Call of Duty and, while we were getting used to the new layout (even though it's a Dualshock 4 layout, it feels a tad bit different), we started shredding people after a few games. Can't be happier with the controller, just hope it'll last in the long run. Extra: I heard about the Tarantula ULTRA 8k PC that was announced at the same time that this first orange variant was announced and I'm hopefully gonna be buying that one as well (it's white) whenever it comes out. Hopefully this helps you decide to purchase this absolute beast of a controller.

This controller is great and it is a ps layout witch is my personal favorite layout only cons that I have personally is the buttons feel a little small and the paddles feel a little to low but that could be because I mainly used a PS controller for the longest time but other than those 2 things I think this controller is fantastic

After experiencing substantial hand pain from prolonged use of the Dualshock and Dualsense controllers, I was looking for a comfortable alternative with more responsive buttons. As a Rocket League player, joystick precision and longevity was also a huge consideration. Let me tell you, the GameSir Tarantula absolutely did not disappoint. The GameSir Connect app comes with some nifty adjustments for deadzone, deadzone shape, anti-deadzone and so on, allowing me to configure the controller exactly the way I want it. My gameplay has become much more consistent and I can play for hours without feeling like my hands have been crushed in a vice. Overall, highly recommended.

I still prefer the g7 pro 8k but this is solid for those who mainly play competitive/fps games and prefer a symmetrical layout. There are no vibration motors so very lightweight and almost "airy" like youre holding an empty water bottle. The paddle bumper buttons aren't great, personally i wouldnt bother and just leave them unmapped. I had to bind the start/select buttons to C1 and C4. I use my index finger to press those buttons and the standard start/select middle buttons aren't comfortably reachable for me.
