    • Haven’t Found A Better Detergent Anywhere
I’ve tried them all…and for my money, Gain and Persil are the top of the list for cleaning efficiency. But, Gain detergents have a much more pleasant fresh scent than Persil, so for the past few years, I’ve been loyal to Gain. I prefer Gain “flings” over Gain liquid or powder because the flings are much easier and cleaner. No accidental spills or residue in the detergent compartment. Just throw them in the washer drum and you’re finished. I’d recommend using an extra fling when in doubt. I only use one fling for very small wash loads. For medium loads I use two flings, and for larger loads I chuck 3 in the drum. Be careful if you use an HE machine in quick or express wash mode with only cold water. The flings take a few minutes to dissolve, and sometimes they won’t fully melt away during an express wash unless I’m using hot water. As anyone with an HE washer knows, “hot” water in an HE machine is barely luke warm water in reality. ... show more

    • Big improvement in clothes, happy with them
I've been buying these pods since last year and these pods have made a big improvement in the quality of my clothes. It's not the only laundry product that I use but it is my favorite. I just wish the container was smaller so that it could fit in my laundry room. Don‘t forget to throw them in the wash before adding clothes. Have used them a couple of times and have not had any issues. A must-have if I‘m in a hurry. If you‘re looking for laundry detergents that work for you, these will work. Have not had any problems with the pods. Happy with this, no problems washing my clothes with these. The bulk size is a must-have if you are going to be using this in a large laundry household like mine. It is so good to not have to worry about the soap getting stained in the clothes when you pour from a cap. They do add the "Gain" scent to clothes and can be used to remove any odors or just wash them to smell nice. They just have the right amount of soap to clean and use and no more waste from having detergent leak everywhere. The pods last a long while. They really are the only laundry products that actually clean clothes and do not make your clothes smell like a bar of soap. ... show more

    • Perfect fling, perfect shipping
These flings are the best invention ever! For concentrated detergent, you literally only need 2Tbsp and these flings probably hold that amount, maybe even less, so there's no build-up happening in your machine. Honestly, I don't go by the 1, 2, or 3 flings for the small, medium, or large loads. I only do 1 fling per load no matter how much is in there and they always come out so clean and so fresh. I couple it with the Gain in-wash scent booster and also Gain dryer sheets. My clothes smell good for weeks just like advertised. I'll wash something and not wear it again for a month or two. But it still smells Gain-fresh. I will ALWAYS recommend these to anyone and everyone. And when shipped, I did not receive an open package nor were any of the flings "leaking". Have been using the other major laundry pods for years but never felt they truly got my clothes clean. They never got that Fresh out of the laundry smell and if they did, it didn’t last. I actually researched the best laundry pods and these popped up on this list stating the scent is the best around. This is true. They smell amazing and keep smelling amazing throughout the day. I have never had a problem with them not dissolving like some people complain about. I have a top load washer, and I add bit of water and throw the pods in first while I am sorting my laundry. Absolutely love the scent of Gain. I used to use the powders and liquid but I've spilled both of them. The containers also take up much more space on top of my dryer. These are so easy to use. Just take out and drop in the wash. I leave the top partially open as I don't want to deal with the child lock every time I want to do laundry. I don't have children. Laundry comes out super clean and fresh smelling. Everything is very soft as well. Yes, these cost more than powder or liquid but I think it's worth it. ... show more

Gain is an excellent brand. I love using these "Flings". I always know our clothes will come out clean and smell amazing. Gain smells good and clean and I know that the clothes are going to be clean and smell good for a long time. It also has a Nice scent. Easy to use. Just pop it in your wash, and your done. It's just a more pricy that regular detergent, but worth it for me for the convenience and not to have a messy from liquids or powders. Love these pods - perfect amount of detergent for my very sensitive HE machine. I used to constantly have trouble with over-sudsing using liquid, plus I had to juggle and purchase multiple products.
