UPDATE: 5/2/25 is my 53rd birthday, and I’m entering my ninth month of taking Primal Queen. Two main benefits have remained consistent for me: First, my periods are now regular, shorter, and come with significantly reduced PMS. It’s not 100% foolproof, but I’ve seen real improvement overall. Second, my energy levels have stayed steady over these 8–9 months. It’s not a euphoric burst of energy but it’s more of a quiet, constant stamina that gets me through the day without feeling like I have an elephant sitting on my chest. I still occasionally feel drained or like I need a nap, but the exhaustion doesn’t control me anymore. I used to think I was just lazy and would be really hard on myself when I couldn’t get motivated. This isn’t the case for me now. One thing I didn’t mention in my initial review: my lack of sleep was prevalent before PQ and I still don’t sleep through the night. I have trouble falling asleep and tend to wake up multiple times. However, the lack of sleep hasn’t affected my daytime functioning. I may have other underlying issues or maybe I just don’t need as much sleep as I thought. Overall, Primal Queen has made a positive difference in my life. It’s not perfect, but it has definitely made things better. I’m 52 years old and still have regular periods, so I assume I’m in peri-menopause. I don’t notice any dramatic physical symptoms yet, but yes, I know I need to schedule a visit with gyno. Years ago, I used a beef organ supplement that gave me incredible energy, but I couldn’t keep up with the cost. When I saw Primal Queen advertised on Facebook, I was excited to give it a try, especially since I remembered how great I felt back then. Before starting Primal Queen, my PMS was pretty tough to deal with. I’d get migraines for a week or longer that wouldn’t respond to any medication, my hunger would skyrocket to the point where I couldn’t feel full, and I’d be completely drained of energy. After just a week of taking Primal Queen, I noticed a big difference. My period came without warning (but on time), no migraines, no overeating, just a smoother experience overall. My period was a little darker in color, but it was shorter and much easier than usual. Over time, I realized that my energy levels had improved. It wasn’t a sudden burst of energy, but I found myself getting things done consistently every day without crashing at the end of the day (or needing a nap). That being said, I’m not completely free of PMS symptoms. There have been months where I still experienced migraines, but now they only last a day or two instead of an entire week. Occasionally, I still feel fatigued, but overall, I’m in a much better place. I’ve also been on a high-protein, low-carb diet, and before starting Primal Queen, I lost 15 pounds. At that point, no one commented on my weight loss. But after about four months on Primal Queen (even with a lot of holiday indulgences), people started noticing and complimenting me on it. I’m not sure if it’s because my body shape is changing or something else, but it feels great to hear those comments. Just note, even with my weight loss, I know Primal Queen is the reason why I have energy. I don’t weigh myself often because I don’t want to obsess over numbers, but I’m still fitting into my smaller-sized clothes, so I do think these supplements may have a positive effect on weight and body composition. My mood is pretty stable except for a few moments or days of uncertainty. I hope my transition to menopause will be smooth as it can be and I’m depending on Primal Queen to assist in my transition to the next phase of my life. I’ll update when I start noticing changes. There is no foul smell to these supplements and what you do smell is the peppermint heart. I have the jar to house the pills but I just use the bag they come in. I take two pills a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. If I take one at night, I tend to stay up longer and not want to sleep at all. *added (1st update) I did experience a few weeks of not being regular and GI discomfort. I’m regular now and my GI pain is gone. I’m assuming I had to go through a period of adjustment. Overall, I recommend giving this supplement a chance and I highly suggest giving it 2 months to see multiple improvements.

The media could not be loaded. I received this as a free trial product. I was very grateful to receive this trial I read many reviews before trying it. I'm 40 years old and have some hormone imbalances going on. I have lupus and lost my left kidney June 5th, i have done everything right but due to medical negligence the health issues were underlying and destroyed my kidney. The hormone issues made me quite miserable. I honestly didn't expect much when trying this product. Upon receiving Primal Queen, the first thing I noticed opening the package. The cute little bag and the peppermint heart had lots of thought put into it. Opening the bag smells like an Andes mint, one of my favorite childhood chocolates. It doesn't have that awful supplement smell at all, I even let my children smell it. They said, it smelled like olive garden, mints. I take two a day and I take both at the same time because i'm terrible with remembering to take meds. The first week of taking this supplement, I noticed an increase in energy and I was sleeping better, also, the hot flashes that had been aggravating me seem to ease up. My workouts, I had more energy and could lift heavier and last longer. I didn't tax out as quickly as I was before starting this supplement. My second week, my energy levels, we're fantastic. I was sleeping entirely through the night, the bloating in my stomach was completely gone, and I didn't have insane cravings like I typically do, the hot flashes were pretty much gone, memory fog was better, and my migraines had eased up quite a bit. The third week of starting this supplement was the week of my cycle, now with my cycle I typically have the worst cramps, clots, energy drain, bloating, and migraines for days. I mean im miserable in bed in severe pain. When I say I forgot I was on my cycle this is no joke! It was my easiest cycle in probably 10 years, no heating pad, no headache medicine, no energy decline, and absolutely no bloating. I worked out full throttle no taking it easy. This week is the week I decided that this supplement works if for nothing else I was having a painless symptom free cycle. My 15 year old daughter was shocked I was on my cycle because she knows how tough they are on me. I only wish she could take this for her cycles but she has alpha gal so that's not possible. I have since been on it about 1.5 months and I have no complaints, I can tell if I forget to take it though my energy lags and I don't feel as productive. If i take it past 2pm I'm energized and have a hard time falling asleep at night so i take it first thing in the morning. I have used this and even now can tell my body is ovulating because it was all out of whack and unpredictable for the last few months well since starting this there's no guessing what is going on with my cycle or my body. I feel balanced and like my hormones are in better range just based off my body signals and lack of symptoms that I was experiencing before, I have not taken a new blood test to check my levels yet that comes in a few months but I'm interested to see what my hormones look like then. I have eaten well, only drink water, and workout 5-6 days a week for over 15 years now, with the exception of losing my kidney and being on restriction for 10 weeks but even then I walked so I feel like this supplement only adds to my healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend it and only hope at some point there will be one for women with alpha gal so that my daughter can reap the rewards and benefits. It is worth the money in my opinion and there is no awful taste, so nothing but positive feedback here.

I was skeptical at first about this product and am still experimenting with it in all honesty, but I have noticed my menstrual cycle has evened out while taking this along with O positive Flow vitamins for women. I do feel better, more clear-headed like I have more energy from the extra dose of protein but am uncertain if it is helping with weight loss at this time. I was surprised at the amount I got for the price as I had thought the bags were larger. There is an odd minty scent to the bags themselves, but it's not unpleasant although the bag was difficult to open. The vitamins so far do not seem to be causing any side effects and do not seem to have as many odd cravings after taking them. They seem to be a good quality brand and effective to an extent.
