I noticed SUCH an improvement with the Organs and Marrow...I’m still at only 2 a day of each but my inflammation in my muscles is SO MUCH better. I seriously could cry (happy!) as I’ve been in so much pain. I have an autoimmune condition Ehlers Danlos then after being vegan for a year (high grain, sugars) my inflammation in my body was insane. I felt like my muscles were tearing off my body. I even was having seizures at night in my sleep (I have had epilepsy but no seizures for 20 years until recently) I dropped vegan....I went back to eating as I did before, which is pretty much Paleo based. It helped a bit, but I still felt so sick. Weak, lethargic and in so much pain. I’m only 39, a mom of 2 Little’s and only a year ago I was lifting weights, walking miles daily feeling amazing. I want to get my life back. My health. It’s a process to heal but every day feels better. I can’t tell you what a difference adding those supplements made. They are truly miraculous. I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. The supplements I was previously taking felt like just supplements which provided some support whereas your supplements have felt like nourishment & true healing because I feel like I’m coming alive! From your product line I have been taking Liver, Bone & Marrow, Beef Organs & Tallow. Recently I added Pancreas for digestive enzyme support which has been great for that & Trachea especially since I’ve been dealing with illness for so long. I noticed when I added Trachea, this nagging pain I always had in my abdomen area, under my breastbone and between my ribs, finally went away. Not sure what it did but it was a good thing for it to be finally gone. My husband has been taking the same as me plus MOFO. It doesn’t get any better than Ancestral Supplements. I really appreciate the amazing Customer Service as well. One thing I will mention because I see this a lot in the reviews. When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. Not just for the products, but for the company. I have a genetic condition that has caused me to have emphysema and liver disease, along with other medical issues. I receive infusions every week, but they leave me tired and weak. When I say tired, it's not the "I could take a nap" tired, it's the "one minute you're awake, the next you're asleep" tired... I found this out soon after my first infusion when I woke up having run over a curb. I take a lot of meds, which certainly doesn't help when it comes to liver disease. I searched for more natural ways to help with liver function, as well as natural energy. When I came across the benefits of beef liver, I was very skeptical, but I was also desperate to feel better. Upon receiving the beef liver capsules (from another company), I was scared to burp for weeks, terrified! Thankfully, there was no taste or aftertaste. I was researching other brands to see if there might be a better choice, and a more affordable choice if this was going to be a lifelong supplement. I emailed Ancestral Supplements and within hours, Brian, the owner, emailed me. He was so enthusiastic about the products and very positive they would help me. This wasn't just a short answer in an email, he was very detailed and suggested a few different products, but said if I could only do one, to do the beef organs. Within less than 2 weeks of starting to take them (and still no aftertaste, but I admit, it took me a while to get over the fear of burping lol), I started to notice significant changes in my health, body and my well being in general. First and foremost, my fatigue almost disappeared. I still have some for a little while after my infusion, but it is night and day to how I felt before, and the rest of the week I don't feel that constant drain. My blood pressure came down and stayed consistent (I'm on 2 BP meds and still could not get to a normal BP level). I have colitis and was noticing less trips to the bathroom, almost back to that of a "normal" person. I was sleeping better as well. Another thing I did not expect was that I was finally able to lose some weight. I'm on many meds that either cause weight gain, or make it harder to lose, add that to the inflammation and it would take forever to lose a pound. Weight loss started happening at a normal rate (I also eat a healthy diet, but exercise is limited for the time being... but having more energy is helping me get in more steps, which is a significant improvement!!!). I was also pre-menopausal, with very erratic menses, and when they did come, they were brutal. Apparently I'm no longer pre-meno and back to a fully normal cycle. I feel better than any multi-vitamin or supplement has ever made me feel. Even though there is some liver in the beef organs products, because I do have liver disease, I also take the additional beef liver supplement by Ancestral. After the first month, I added the bone marrow which has made such a difference in my hair (not so much falls out and it looks much healthier) as well as my skin. I've now added pancreas and spleen. I go in for my physical next month and will find out which medications I can discontinue. I've already removed my anti-depressant as well as omeprazole. My doctor feels certain he will remove me from at least 1 if not both of my blood pressure meds. On top of all of that, I had pre-diabetes and was having to check my sugar several times a day...that is a thing of the past now and I'm no longer in the pre-diabetes range. Last month I was out of town, only thinking I would be gone for 4 days and was gone for 12. I brought enough for 6 days, and on day 8-9, I could feel myself becoming more lethargic and almost like I was coming down with something. I never thought I would find myself missing beef organs!!!! As far as the company goes, after researching them as well as reading about their practices and the emphasis they put on getting the most qualities organs... as well as focusing on small batch processing (which in my opinion, is crucial when it comes to supplements, but especially supplements like this). So yes, sometimes things are out of stock but not for long. There is some comfort in knowing that what I'm taking hasn't been sitting on shelves for months and months on end. I suggest reading up on the products, check out their website and try for yourself. For me, starting off with the beef organs was a good choice. Then once I started adding others, I could feel what the differences were. This company stands behind their products and is very good about answering questions if you aren't sure what's best for you. Started with Kidney about 3 months ago and have reordered a couple of times. One major improvement for sure I've noticed is my overall urine output flow is FULLER than I've EVER experienced in my 58 years. Brian (owner) goes beyond the norm to help, is extremely responsive, informative in educating me in how to use each product or which one to use for which auto-immune issue I have (had). I have peppered him with question after question and he's always quick to respond, gracious and helpful with any question I send to him. He responds within a few hours. I am on Trachea to boost my immune system that was shot, Bone Marrow and Beef Organs to assist with my joint/bone health. I was diagnosed with FM a couple of years ago and, of the 30+ symptoms I HAD, and working with my Dr. and other protocols I am using. I've nearly eliminated 85% of my FM symptoms and 100% of my inflammation issues. The fact that I can get out of bed without pain is HUGE. I sometimes forget I ever had the leg, joint, restless leg pain, for years! I feel clean, healthy, energized and know for certain that these products played a large role in the healing process. After getting leaky gut and thyroid in order first, these products worked quickly to improve much of my health concerns. I worked tirelessly with 4 different Functional Drs over a 15 year period and felt crummy all the time, and was told it might just be old age. On May 1, 2018 I weighed in at 142 and as of today August 24, 2018, I at 130...THIS WAS JUST INFLAMMATION/WATER RETENTION WEIGHT. I KNOW for certain that KIDNEY worked to rid me of my "water retention" issue I have had my entire life. I've never been overweight as a kid and after getting into a car accident in 1987, many of my symptoms surfaced, but It wasn't until about 2000 that I began to notice my overall health decline, which led to chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and many other AI disorders. I was an athlete as a kid - and thought I would never feel normal again. I feel like my old self again, and just being able to exercise OR BE INTERESTED IN EXERCISING OR HAVE THE DESIRE TO EXERCISE is amazing. I cannot remember all that has improved with my health, but know for certain that nearly all 30 chronic ailments and auto-immune issues are nearly gone thanks to my current functional Dr. I have been working with for the last 8 months AND working in conjunction with Ancestral Supplements. I've got my husband on Liver 2 months before he had major dental work and Kidney b/c he has recurring kidney stones. He has one now (8.20.18), and we're (praying) that this product will improve his overall kidney health, help to flush it out and ward off future stones. I am looking into getting Prostate to improve his overall urine output as well bc he has been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate....which they say IS NORMAL...but I DISAGREE - why is that NORMAL? After about 25 years of being a vegan (and a raw fooder for most of that) my body got depleted. Before I learned of and switched to carnivore around this June/July my energy had gotten low and I had developed jaundice, a high amylase lab, and blue-green urine. Trying to buy time to avoid a referral to Gastroenterology, I asked my primary care if I could try a change in diet for a month and redo labs. I switched initially to a non-vegan keto diet but after about 2 weeks switched to carnivore after watching a podcast where Dr. Joseph Mercola interviewed Dr. Paul Saladino. Since going carnivore my amylase went down 62 points and I expect it to be normal in October's lab. Urine cleared quickly initially and the jaundice is either resolved or is just very faint now on the abdomen. The challenging low energy adaptation period was to be expected on keto/carnivore, but now I am noticing increased strength and energy. I'm doing strengthening and stretching exercises daily and dancing most nights for exercise and am starting to feel stronger and can feel I am building muscle. I cannot discern exactly how the Bone Marrow is affecting me. I had stopped taking the bone meal product initially, but then restarted it when I learned there is no lead in this product and that I can trust this. My mood and mental clarity are so much better than when I was running on carbs as a vegan. I foresee long-term staying on carnivore and staying on Ancestral Supplements beef liver, bone marrow, and beef organs. And listening to Dr. Paul Saladino's podcasts to continue to learn. I am thankful to have found Ancestral Supplements products. I trust the purity of these products completely. Health update October 2019: This week I got a clean bill of health after being diagnosed in March 2019 with jaundice, blue-green urine, and a very high amylase lab at my annual primary care visit. I'm 66, female, and had been vegan since 1994, high carb/very low fat. I started a vegan Plant Paradox diet in 2018 with higher fat. From March to July I tried tweaking my Plant Paradox diet, but health issues continued. In July I started a non-vegan ketogenic diet. In mid-July I learned about the carnivore diet and decided to go for it! The blue-green urine cleared quickly in July after starting carnivore. The jaundice completely resolved by early October. The amylase lab and now lipase lab were very mildly elevated still in early October, so my primary care wanted me to see Gastroenterology to be safe and thorough. I saw GI and the physician assistant said the labs were of no concern since I felt good and had no symptoms and dismissed me from GI! Health conditions resolved in 4 months on carnivore diet! Since July I have been taking Ancestral Supplement Beef Liver, Beef Organs, Bone Marrow, and added Beef Brain in September. Also experimenting with Beef Intestines for a while. I strongly believe that these Ancestral Supplement products have been absolutely vital in my recovery and I will continue to use these. I am eating a nose-to-tail carnivore diet as taught by Dr. Paul Saladino, and he highly recommends Ancestral Supplement products for those of us who don't find organs palatable or have no access to them. I am deeply thankful for these high quality freeze-dried supplements and the integrity of the company. I am deeply thankful to now be healthy on carnivore diet!

I was between this brand and another brand and ultimately decided to go with this one because it offered 300mg MORE of each organ, which was a substantial difference! What I regret not paying attention to is the serving size. I am sensitive to smell and taste so these are very hard for me to swallow without gagging, so 6 is just a bit excessive and challenging for me to take in one day. They smell and taste STRONG. With that said, I could easily take half the required dose and it’d be the same exact thing as the other being, so truly no difference. It’s a bit pricy but ultimately anything that is of good quality and value is anymore. Even after one day of taking I have noticed a difference. I am anemic and a type 1 diabetic so I felt a lot more energy consistently instead of the peaks and valleys I often feel. Most supplements take a few weeks to fully take effect so I’m really optimistic that it’ll be a great addition to my routine and truly benefit my health overall.

Just wanna say first this is a copy-paste of my conversation with the owner. I bought the liver, bone marrow, and beef organ supplements would recommend you follow the instructions of 1 tablet for week one and work your way up and so on. I noticed some minor detox symptoms like acne but it went away! So PLEASE take it slow so you don't get a rash like some people here have. ANyways here is my copy-paste review for three products and the changes I noticed. "I am pleased with the three supplements I purchased from you. I have noticed a significant decrease in my appetite since I have started taking them. Sugar cravings decreased as well! I have noticed an increase in my energy levels. It's hard for me to gauge how much but I do notice it. I'd say close to a 50% increase in energy like a high 40 something. I wasn't a very tired or lethargic person to begin with. I have fairly busy and active workdays. But to feel even better and to crank out more energy over my day now that is nice! I've been waking up with more energy and calm and greater sense of well being. Now, I love to get out and hike when time permits after work and plenty on the weekends. Backpacking when time permits as well. Just to give an idea about my self. I did follow your advice and buy Magnesium that is not from your company. Applying that topically with ingesting your supplements. I wanna point out I do not feel stressed at all! I had a strange anxiety that had no origin. I honestly couldn't pin it to anything. Definitely a sign of magnesium deficiency! Something I knew little about till I started reading more about this kind of stuff. I've also gotten better sleep and more frequent bowel movements. I'm happy about that. Not that I had problems before no constipation or anything. Just more frequency. (But hey that was probably a problem and I didn't think it was.) I ordered these products because I believed it could add to my overall health physically and mentally and general well being. It has succeeded in that in my own personal observation. I would like to continue to take these organs and bones and liver supplements. I believe it will continue to support my being positively. Thank you for this approach you take to life and fitness. I appreciate it and have thought that way but haven't really taken a big step yet to try and live that way. A ancestral way I mean. Again thank you for what you do. P.S. My mom broke her leg and had a cast on for a few months. When she got her cast off her leg was weak and her skin fragile. She ended up nicking the sensitive skin one day, and after that it was all downhill health wise. She ended up developing a very serious mrsa staph infection on her skin. Over the years we watched as the infection spread fro a tiny red bump to a full blown infectious takeover of red oozing splotches and cracking non healing skin all over her leg. She must have had at least 8 rounds of antibiotics. It was really terrible and devastating to watch. While the doctors could only think of giving more rounds of antibiotics and different creams to help her, we both knew that this was slowly killing her immune system, and leading to septic takeover. I'm lucky my mom cares about her health. She worked on her diet (she lowered her carbs but did not want to eat red meats). And I researched alternative ways to help her immune system and leg. I tried probiotic sprays, homemade kefir, homemade fermented foods, probiotics, chaga, reishi, turkey tales, tinctures of all sorts. My kitchen was a lab. Nothing worked. I was taking bone marrow supplements from other companies, but decided to try out ancestral supplements. I immediately could tell that out of all of the bone marrow supplements I tried this one was SUPERIOR. I told my mom about how I felt and she wanted to try it. Despite her ditching beef, she was desperate, tried the marrow, and started feeling a bit better. Always researching, I began to read through all the comments of different ancestral products to see what else might help my mom. I saw that some people were saying that you could write the owner, Brian, directly. I did so, and relayed my mom's story to him and asked him the best protocol for my mom. He told me the Organ Complex, Bone Marrow, Thymus. And so thats what me and my mom bought. Within the week my mom was feeling better. It was a strong contrast. One day she was feeling down, sad, lethargic, weak immune system, upset stomach-the following week she was up moving, a bit happier, feeling better, feeling motivated, eating without nausea. Her immune system was kicking in! It has been a little over two months and here is what has happened. My mom feels so much better! The large wound that would not heal for two years is completely sealed, it is not cracked, it does not have more spots of mrsa popping up and oozing. Before she couldn't wear pants for two years because of the pain and agitation and itching of the fabric on her sensitive skin. Now she is wearing skinny jeans no problem. These products did what doctors couldn't do for TWO YEARS, which was boost her immune system so her own body could give itself a fighting chance. I am SO HAPPY! I love my mom very much and it means the world to me to see her doing so much better. I say all this to say, if you're suffering with something similar, don't give up! There is something out there for you that may work. I hope that it is these products. And if you're ever confused or have questions about what to take in this product line write Brian, he's the best! ps: She now uses just the marrow and the beef complex, only 2 of each a day.
