I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. The supplements I was previously taking felt like just supplements which provided some support whereas your supplements have felt like nourishment & true healing because I feel like I’m coming alive! From your product line I have been taking Liver, Bone & Marrow, Beef Organs & Tallow. Recently I added Pancreas for digestive enzyme support which has been great for that & Trachea especially since I’ve been dealing with illness for so long. I noticed when I added Trachea, this nagging pain I always had in my abdomen area, under my breastbone and between my ribs, finally went away. Not sure what it did but it was a good thing for it to be finally gone. My husband has been taking the same as me plus MOFO. It took him a little longer than me to feel the effects but of course he hadn’t been dealing with the health issues I have been dealing with for so long, but he was definitely needing targeted support in certain areas. He too is now having vivid dreams, doesn’t wake up achy, has more stamina and also, no more brain fog. It’s incredible what quality nutrition can do to the body. Our bodies NEED nourishment. It doesn’t get any better than Ancestral Supplements. I really appreciate the amazing Customer Service as well. One thing I will mention because I see this a lot in the reviews. When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. The first week on the organs as well as the bone marrow (I bought both) has been very hard but hopeful! The first 3-4 days brought nausea, chills, hot flashes, and exhaustion. I was very glad that Brian from Ancestral Supplements enclosed the information about possible initial side effects because, otherwise I would have thought the supplements were bad and I would have stopped taking them. However, after the second day, I noticed the pain in my knees, hands and fibromyalgia was slightly less and I slept better than I had in years. Each day, I was in slightly less pain. By day 4 the nausea subsided, by day 6 the chills stopped. Today is day 7 and I woke up with no fibromyalgia pain and much less brain fog than usual. I have been sleeping all through the night and dreaming, which I haven't done for years. I am still feeling exhausted though and very emotionally fragile and weepy. I attribute this to the detoxification that is going on. I live in Staten Island and travelled into Manhattan today by ferry and then subway. The escalators were broken but for the first time in years, I was able to go up the stairs without sharp pains in my knees. I have been taking just one tablet of each the beef organs and bone marrow per day, however, I also started taking one scoop of Great Lakes hydrolysate collagen powder from grass fed cows per day, as well as one capsule of Nordic Naturals cod liver oil and one capsule of organic cold pressed coconut oil per day. I started all of these supplements at the same time, because I had really reached a point of crisis. I just couldn't get out of bed to take care of my children one morning and so I spent the day researching about what to do and decided to order all of those supplements. After I went through a year of chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy and radiation treatment 10 years ago, I tried all sorts of supplements but my body did not react well to them at all and I think they did me more harm than good, so after a couple of years of trying everything, I finally swore off all supplements and decided to follow a strictly organic vegetables, dairy and fruits, low sugar, no artificial preservatives or additives, grass fed meat and wild caught fish diet. This helped me to keep going for a while but my body was still deteriorating. I am very thin and always hungry. For the past 6 months I have had mild diarrhea as well. So I finally decided to give supplements one more try but this time just very high quality food based supplements....no vitamin or mineral supplements because I did horribly on them before. I am amazed by how quickly my body has turned around this week! I am going to up my dose of organs and marrow to two capsules per day starting tomorrow. Eventually, I might stop taking the collagen to see if that is helping my joints or if it is the organs and marrow alone that is making the difference but I am getting such great results right now, that I don't want to mess with anything. This past week, my diarrhea has subsided and I am not feeling as hungry anymore and do not need to eat as much to maintain my weight (115 lbs and 5'4"). ***It is now a week later since I started this review and my condition continues to improve. I have a great deal more energy, my sadness and exhaustion have disappeared and I am feeling very happy and full of energy. I continue to sleep deeply and soundly at night. I also have to say that Brian, who runs Ancestral Supplements has promptly answered a few questions that I emailed him about and has been so wonderfully encouraging and kind. I am really very impressed and grateful to Brian for putting his heart and soul into helping people regain their health.

Ancestral Supplements (AS) provides a vital force and healing that gets myself and my wife back to our essence. We have both tried top grade supplements (including traditional Chinese medicine tonic) from several manufactures that do not contain fillers, are organic, etc., but the AS supplements are so superior. They help myself and my wife to put our lives back in order, prioritize things that matter, and overall restore our essence as we are ever changing and evolving in the process. The Trachea has been a wonderful product to resolve/reduce a very peculiar ailment I have been living with for over a decade, where my central nervous system (CNS) becomes inflamed and it causes me to have anxiety, confusion, and lack of clarity (to name a few). The Trachea brings down my inflammation, and clears up my vision as well. Also, because it reduces inflammation, it puts me in a better mood. I also recently started taking the Collagen. The Collagen is far superior to any collagen I have taken before. This not has not only taken away the stiffness in my right knee (from all the running and biking I do), but has helped my entire body to move more freely, whereas bending down to pick up 50 or so toys a day is easy! The collagen also appears to help my mood and decrease muscle recovery time as well. I feel more flexible emotionally and mentally in taking the trachea and the collagen. I recently started taking the heart, and have noticed I don’t have the hankering for caffeine like I used, and within a couple of days in taking the heart, I am way more sensitive to the caffeine, most likely due to an increase in energy. Also, I don’t feel the craving for caffeine like I used to, which is good thing for me in having an addiction reduced. Also, I am able to hold a thought better, and construct my point of view in a greater stride. I like the beef organs, as it covers the constellation of nutrients with feeding many of our essential organs. As for my wife, she has suffered with chronic fatigue for several years, and in just a couple of days of taking the Bone Marrow, Beef Organs, Heart, and Collagen, she not only appears to be much more alert, but she is able to organize and handle the tasks of the day much more easily. She is in a much better mood, and more up-beat (in a good way) when she talks to our children. She overall appears to be much happier in moving forward with the day, and it shows. With her vibrant personality coming back, I find myself engaging more with her. I typically try out a lot of different supplements, and my wife gets upset with me regarding the amount of money I spend; however, with these supplements, the price has not been a topic with her. She says that she feels like her old vibrant self from 10+ years ago, and that notion in itself according to her, is priceless. The AS supplements make myself and my wife feel better in every way. We feel happier and have more strength emotionally, physically, and even spiritually (in seeking to do the good). We are more grounded with the day and patient with ourselves and others. Also, we feel more resilient to handle the stresses of day, and maintain a flexibility that no matter what the outcome is, it’s going to be okay. I know these characteristics may sound lofty or over-the-top, but they are all true. It’s great to have a product that works so well, where I don’t feel I need to keep seeking for the next best thing to resolve my ailments and/or increase vitality, and they work for by myself and my wife. I could go on and on with all the positives of these supplements…. I also appreciate the thoughtful customer service from Brian. I can’t imagine all the energy he must put into his customers, having seen all the raving reviews. But he deserves the utmost compliments for making the world a better place to live in by assisting with the healing energy of the AS supplements and his thoughtful care. After about 25 years of being a vegan (and a raw fooder for most of that) my body got depleted. Before I learned of and switched to carnivore around this June/July my energy had gotten low and I had developed jaundice, a high amylase lab, and blue-green urine. Trying to buy time to avoid a referral to Gastroenterology, I asked my primary care if I could try a change in diet for a month and redo labs. I switched initially to a non-vegan keto diet but after about 2 weeks switched to carnivore after watching a podcast where Dr. Joseph Mercola interviewed Dr. Paul Saladino. Since going carnivore my amylase went down 62 points and I expect it to be normal in October's lab. Urine cleared quickly initially and the jaundice is either resolved or is just very faint now on the abdomen. The challenging low energy adaptation period was to be expected on keto/carnivore, but now I am noticing increased strength and energy. I'm doing strengthening and stretching exercises daily and dancing most nights for exercise and am starting to feel stronger and can feel I am building muscle. I cannot discern exactly how the Bone Marrow is affecting me. I had stopped taking the bone meal product initially, but then restarted it when I learned there is no lead in this product and that I can trust this. My mood and mental clarity are so much better than when I was running on carbs as a vegan. I foresee long-term staying on carnivore and staying on Ancestral Supplements beef liver, bone marrow, and beef organs. And listening to Dr. Paul Saladino's podcasts to continue to learn. I am thankful to have found Ancestral Supplements products. I trust the purity of these products completely. Health update October 2019: This week I got a clean bill of health after being diagnosed in March 2019 with jaundice, blue-green urine, and a very high amylase lab at my annual primary care visit. I'm 66, female, and had been vegan since 1994, high carb/very low fat. I started a vegan Plant Paradox diet in 2018 with higher fat. From March to July I tried tweaking my Plant Paradox diet, but health issues continued. In July I started a non-vegan ketogenic diet. In mid-July I learned about the carnivore diet and decided to go for it! The blue-green urine cleared quickly in July after starting carnivore. The jaundice completely resolved by early October. The amylase lab and now lipase lab were very mildly elevated still in early October, so my primary care wanted me to see Gastroenterology to be safe and thorough. I saw GI and the physician assistant said the labs were of no concern since I felt good and had no symptoms and dismissed me from GI! Health conditions resolved in 4 months on carnivore diet! Since July I have been taking Ancestral Supplement Beef Liver, Beef Organs, Bone Marrow, and added Beef Brain in September. Also experimenting with Beef Intestines for a while. I strongly believe that these Ancestral Supplement products have been absolutely vital in my recovery and I will continue to use these. I am eating a nose-to-tail carnivore diet as taught by Dr. Paul Saladino, and he highly recommends Ancestral Supplement products for those of us who don't find organs palatable or have no access to them. I am deeply thankful for these high quality freeze-dried supplements and the integrity of the company. I am deeply thankful to now be healthy on carnivore diet!

I have been taking Beef Organs, Bone Marrow, Beef Liver and Bovine Tracheal Cartilage from Ancestral Supplements for 3 months. My reason for taking them was gradual general decline in health with age (I am 42). Although I don’t have any particular disease or serious illness, I have been feeling subpar for a while with various allergies, insomnia, lethargy, teeth and bone weakness, aging skin, etc. I wanted to try a good quality, natural supplement regime based on whole foods to see if it would help. After a month or two, I felt that I had slightly more energy and better mood. I started sleeping better. Previously I would often lie awake at night unable to fall asleep, then finally fall asleep in the morning. But more and more, I found that I was actually falling asleep at a normal time and staying asleep. My nails got harder (I’ve had a problem with weak and soft nails all my life), my eyelashes grew longer. It also felt as if I was breathing better due to alleviated allergy symptoms. All these changes were quite subtle, however. I felt somehow healthier overall, but the concrete effects of the supplements were difficult to specify or quantify. Until I had knee surgery (both legs) in mid-April. I stayed in hospital for a week, recovering in a ward with patients that had had the exact same surgery as myself. Despite the fact that we were all of the same race and sex, of similar ages, and were recovering under the same conditions (eating the same hospital food, given the same meds, undergoing the same rehabilitation programme), it was clear to everyone - the surgeon, the nurses and the patients ourselves - that I was recovering much faster than the rest. I have had numerous other surgeries in the past, small and large, and I have never recovered particularly faster or more slowly than the average patient, so I know that I am not some kind of superhuman freak. But in this instance, where all else was held pretty much equal, the only difference being that in addition to the 3 meals a day provided by the hospital I was taking the Ancestral Supplements capsules, I was feeling less pain, my body was normalising faster after general anaesthesia, I was up and walking before anyone else, and it was as if I had had a different surgery to the one the others had had. I was the only one who did not require post-surgery painkillers, the only one who only a day after waking up from GA had their body fully go back to normal (e.g., bowel movements), Everyone at the hospital was shocked. Ok, so this does not conclusively prove that my high speed recovery was due to Ancestral Supplements, but my belief is that they were the X-factor. All the pre-surgery tests showed that I was a very average middle-aged patient of at best average health. There was nothing to suggest that I would show a different recovery trajectory. So now I am a firm believer in the power of Ancestral Supplements. The problem with nutritional supplements is that it is very hard to discern the tangible benefits of anything because our bodies are so complex and it is impossible to separate out the effects of a single variable. My experience is as tangible as proof can get that Ancestral Supplements have worked for me.

There is no flavor really which is great. Some products smell a bit funny but that's normal and it's not a big deal to me, alot of supplements have funny smells. Pill size is standard size, if you have trouble swallowing pills I think you could break it and just mix it in your food, but then there might be taste at that point. Ask the company to be sure. I started with this and beef organs, 2 capsules a day. I've already been feeling a slight difference with the bone marrow and beef organs, and it's been only a week maybe. I realized I had absolutely no energy for over a year because today and yesterday were the first times that I felt it, I had really begun to think I was just lazy cus I couldn't get myself to do much from the extreme fatigue I'd feel. I'm very grateful and excited for just that change alone. My skin is slightly starting to clear up as well. Really exciting and awesome for me. I just recently added the gallbladder like two days ago since my GI doctor thinks I have primary sclerosis cholangitis. This condition I'm definitely a bit more scared of but I don't know if I have it yet til I get my tests done so in case, I decided to add to help my body instead of waiting for my results. I've also had henoch schnolein Purpura from 2013-2018. My last flare I had when I almost died and had to have an emergency surgery trach for epiglottitis. And all these conditions I have no idea what might of caused them and neither do doctors. I'm a 23 year old female. 2013 is when my health just diminished, no clue why and I thought I was actually starting to do better after 2018 surgery. But then slowly again I started getting symptoms, diarrhea mainly and extreme fatigue. I thought it was cus I had drained myself out from all the work I was doing but even when I lowered the load of work, it never got better. The diarrhea started getting worse, I would get pains and go way more often, at one point like 10 times in just the first two waking hours. It never occurred to my dumb butt that I might have some gut illness though. I changed my eating habits, I did what I thought was enough. My skin was breaking out, my joints would hurt, my hair felt thinner and was falling more. I just felt so tired. All that has been happening over a year since January 2019. I finally got diagnosed with crohns about 2 weeks ago. Good thing is I haven't had an HSP flare but I'm like 95% certain all the medication I took for 5 years ruined my gut, and led to Crohn's. I'm going to get tested this week for my liver issues. I'm confident I can heal from crohns from what I've been finding and much of that hope comes from these products and the company, as well as diet. Like I said I'm finally feeling improvements, small, but a huge deal for me. And it's only been about a week. I'm planning on adding more of their products when funds allow but I also want to give time before I add more so I can really note the changes Everytime I add another supplement. I have a lot of faith in this product, giving a detailed review is the least I could do. They can be expensive but after so many failed products from other places I've tried, I know I'm not wasting money here. Also the quality and the actual product itself, not to mention your own health is worth it. I don't regret buying them at all. I plan on updating this with my experience with these products and possible other helpful tips that have been helping me in hopes that it might help someone else with the same issues/concerns. I think it would be cool if this company or just some medical site had a safe online community to explain people health journeys and experience, so we could help one another. Lastly, this company, jeez it blows my mind. I have NEVER come across a company with such great standards and customer service. Brian, the owner, man I cannot say enough good things about him. I don't even know him personally yet I feel like he's a friend already. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and service to people. He listens to your concerns and he gives back more than you would expect. I am so grateful for you and I know so many others are. So to start off here, I want to say I almost never do a review, I probably should do more, but I don’t. But I had to leave one for this product because never in my life have I had a product work so well! I came to beef supplements because I was starting to have a bit of receding hairline, and as a 44 year old woman, not a good look. You could literally see where my natural tan line from years of being outside, met stark white baby skin that used to have hair and thus never seen sunlight. It looked like I had a white ring all along my forehead. I’m not a big makeup wearer, but started wearing it daily because this was embarrassing. I tried every cream out there to try and lighten my regular skin to match the lighter skin. Nothing worked and honestly was expensive to use for the rest of my life. Then I saw an ad for a different female beef supplement that claimed hair regrowth. I started doing some research on beef organs and all the research made a lot of sense that these were nutrients that our bodies are missing out on. All of my research led me to this brand. I settled on the beef organs and FEM and started taking both daily. Some reviews complained about having to take 6 huge pills at once, and I was looking at 12! So my routine became to take 2 of each in the morning with my regular meds. 2 of each with lunchtime. And 1 of each mid afternoon. Just to spread out the pill swallowing and if I missed the afternoon one, that was fine. I aimed for 4-5 pills of each a day so they would last a bit longer too. I was consistent on taking these for 40 days, mainly because I started seeing results almost immediately! I have tried literally every supplement under the sun, collagen, sea moss, you name it. If it was a fad I probably have a dead bottle of it in my cabinet. But I stopped almost all of them after 10 days because I wasn’t seeing results, and more often then not, I was seeing negative results. But with these pills, within days I saw my energy get way higher! I work for myself and normally have late nights, so I’ve gotten in the habit of sleeping in till 10 AM. When I started these, I literally struggled to sleep that long, no matter what time I went to bed. My body wakes up earlier than ever and is not groggy at all! And I have so much more energy throughout the day. But the biggest benefit I saw around the 2 week mark was baby fine hair regrowth at the receding hairline. I could easily tell it was regrowth because, one I couldn’t see that line anymore and two, the hairs were only an inch long, like I was growing in bangs. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy this made me!! There were other benefits too, like more farting, which means better gut I’m sure LOL, but those were the two biggest ones for me. I had hoped it would help with blood pressure, but it did not change that for me. I had no bad side effects like I’ve had with other supplements. with all the positive I was seeing, I suggested this to my sister, as she was having the same hair problem. She went with a different brand supplement that she found local and did not experience the hair regrowth like I did. But like I said I was good for 40 days, but then stopped. I was worried about the gelatin and had other unrelated aches and pains going on that I was trying to diagnose and basically was cutting everything out. I stopped for 2 months. My new hair growth stayed, but I looked like a mad scientist with all these short hairs up front. They did continue to grow, but at a much much slower rate. And I definitely saw my energy go down too. As of 3 days ago I restarted on these. I wish they had a non gelatin version of the same thing, but I could not make any headway on my other aches and pains anyways and I don’t think it has anything to do with these pills.
