I chose to wait a few weeks before writing this review so we had a chance to take it and really see if it was beneficial. Without a doubt, this is a solid supplement and I been taking supplements for over 20 yrs. Every so often you come across a product that you really feel and see differences from, and this is one of them. This is an excellent product for those who follow a blood type diet and need meat in their diet. I am a meat eater, I eat meat every single day (B negative) but my wife only eats meat on occasion, yet her blood type (O positive) calls for it. When she goes days without eating any meat she starts to feel sluggish, tired and weak. I try to tell her that she needs to supplement more meat in her diet, but she says she just doesn't have the taste for it at times. Since I started her on these products, she has felt a big difference in her well being. She feels so much better, no more feeling weak and lack of energy. It is really perfect supplementation for the lack of meat for when she goes through her dry spells from eating it. She even noticed that her hair (she is a beautician) and nails seem to be more healthier and stronger. I also have 3 young daughters who all have blood types that require meat (B-, O+, O+). One out of the three has no problem with eating meat and eats everything, but the other 2 within the last couple of years became so picky and just stopped meat and is basically eating only carbs - pasta, rice, pancakes, pizza, bread etc. The one that eats everything is nice and filled out, healthy and strong, but the other two, I saw differences in weight. My wife started to empty some caps in butter and would cook it in the rice they ate. I saw differences in them within days. The differences I saw was cognitive differences. My background is education and I work with them every night with school work. Most noticeable was less hyper active and the focus was much better. It just seemed that the thinking process as a whole was improved. We also noticed after a couple of weeks, they started to look more filled out, and the only thing that was added in their diet was these supplements. The effects were amazing, and in my view, I recommend that any parents who have children who are picky eaters (don't eat meat) and have blood types that require meat in their diet, to get these supplements and find a way to supplement them. You will see a difference. Now lastly, for me, since I do eat meat every day, you would think that taking these supplements won't make a difference -- but actually it did. Not only do I follow a blood type diet, but I also combine it with a Intermediate Fasting diet. I fast anywhere from 16 - 18 hrs a day and my first meal is usually a steak. The way these supplements have helped me is I take them with my last meal at night and it helps me to prolong my fast longer the next day. I noticed the difference immediately. Usually with the IF diet, your last meal should be carb based so that it helps prolong the fast the next day by keeping you full. Since I been using these supplements along with my last meal, the next day I feel stronger and it definitely helps with the fast. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about these supplements. If you follow the blood type diet its a must have, actually any diet, its the perfect supplementation for meat. I will be ordering these supplements for a long time and I am really happy with the results. Buy with confidence!

I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Organs is the second product I tried when it came available and my body responded just as happily and with incredible results as with the Beef Liver. I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, with the energy and also the healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect: “I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I referred to this product's website after finding it here on Amazon and I also talked directly with the owner regarding some questions I had. Brian, the owner of this company, was so helpful and he answered all of my questions in a way that I felt very confident in making the purchase. I take the recommended dose of 6 capsules every day. I split them up throughout the day but you can take them all at once if you wanted to....and, you can easily take these on an empty stomach with absolutely no issues....which is a blessing for me! After a couple days of taking this I noticed a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing and after a week of taking it I had more energy than I can remember in at least a couple of years. Everyone around me is commenting on how well I look and they have noticed that I'm pretty near my old energetic self again. This beef liver is very easy to take! I can not detect any smell that would be unpleasant at all...which I was a little worried about after reading about eating beef liver. There is zero after taste, etc. The nutrients you get from this liver are highly bio-available and your body know what to do with them and will absorb them so easily since they are not chemically isolated or man-made nutrients. If you are living a paleo lifestyle....these will be perfect for you since they are from such a clean source. Your life could change in a drastic way in a short time. And, no matter what, they are well worth the cost. It's a small price to pay for an amazing difference in your health. I will actually be able to save a large amount of $$ every month because I will be able to eliminate many of the other isolated supplements I've been purchasing since there are so many nutrients I need in this beef liver that are more absorbable. I've tried just about everything out there with very slow to notice changes in the past 14 months.....sometimes it feels like you take one step forward and then 5 steps back in getting your health back on track. These little capsules have made the biggest change in my life in the short two weeks since I've received them. I am thrilled to say the least!
