I’m posting this review simultaneously under beef organs, thymus, collagen, BTC, lung, bone/marrow, and spleen, since these supplements are working in synergy. I purchased these for a friend of mine who contracted covid in March and had a severe case which almost took her life. She’s been suffering long haul covid ever since. I’m slowly nursing her back to health. Most days she sleeps, and her exhaustion is a constant symptom. She is 62, and before she contracted covid she was in good physical condition, working in retail on her feet full-time and leading a normal life. But now she's exhausted all the time. Her symptoms vary daily, sometimes changing every few hours: tingling in the arms, shortness of breath, pressure on her chest, coughing, dizziness, gastrointestinal upset, you name it and she's got it. She has her good days but they are few and far between. Her PCP up to this point hasn't been much help, not knowing what to do to help her and showing little empathy. Finally, she insisted on seeing specialists. A pulmonologist ordered x-rays of her lungs which revealed severe inflammation deep in her lungs, with water still remaining there. No wonder she has trouble breathing and feels pressure on her chest. The cardiologist told her that her heart sounded good, but he ordered a sonogram and it detected apical septal hypokinesis. She’s wearing a heart monitor for two weeks and will send the data in for analysis. Another diagnosis, another piece of the puzzle. The specialists are discovering that covid has damaged her body in a variety of ways that will take a long time to heal. BTW if you're suffering as a covid long hauler, I highly recommend that you insist on seeing specialists who will run tests to determine if there has been physical damage to your body. Don't settle for having your PCP dismiss your symptoms as something that's in your head, or simply tell you they don't know much about covid and don't know what to do for you. See a pulmonologist, cardiologist, and neurologist. Find out if you have physical damage. My friend only discovered the damage to her body because she insisted on seeing specialists and getting proper testing. The pulmonologist, especially, was well acquainted with covid cases and was most helpful. I ordered these supplements to bolster her fight as she recovers. I got the lung supplement for her lungs, thymus and BTC for her immune system, beef organs and bone/marrow for overall support, and collagen to help with her hair, which started to fall out. She also had a low reading for red blood cells, so I added spleen for her. I also decided to take the supplements myself, but switched out the lung for prostate and I’m not taking spleen. At this point, we’ve both built up to taking 3 capsules daily each of beef organs, thymus, collagen, BTC, and bone/marrow. She’s also taking 3 each of spleen and lung, and I’m taking 3 of prostate. We intend to build slowly to a full dose of 6 capsules each. After a few weeks of slowly building up the doses, my friend has had good results already. Her mood has improved, and she feels more like herself. To me, she *sounds* more like herself: stronger, more positive, and clearer. Her outlook seems to have improved and she’s feeling hopeful, which is a major step forward for her. Her general energy level is up, and she can stand for longer periods of time. She’s able to climb the stairs more easily. Her post-nasal drip has practically disappeared. Her body aches have decreased, and her morning headaches are clearing away quickly. Her insomnia has improved, and she’s sleeping soundly after she falls asleep. Her shortness of breath and chest pressure haven’t changed much but she has noticed improvement. She’s still experiencing various neurological issues: numbness, burning sensations, and an itchiness that has increased slightly. But thankfully, her dizziness has decreased. She’s enthusiastic about the supplements and it’s great to see the improvements she’s already had in such a short time. As for myself, I haven’t felt much difference, other than that my sleep quality has greatly improved. I’m finding it easy to fall asleep and sleep deeply. That alone makes this regimen worthwhile. There are also several small skin issues that are clearing up and disappearing, which is welcome news. I hope I’ll notice more results after I reach full doses and have been on this program long enough for the supplements to make a difference for me. That’s where things stand now. I’m happy she’s responding so well, things look a bit better, and most of all, she feels hopeful that someday she’ll recover. She didn’t think any improvement was possible. It’s been almost eight months since she contracted covid and she’s been struggling as a long hauler. But now she’s found something that seems to be helping. Time will tell, of course. But for now, we’ll take any small victories that come our way. The customer service has been outstanding. I have been struggling with a number of health issues since my mid-twenties and have tried (and spent) so much money on holistic medications, doctors, etc, that I finally gave up. These supplements were a suggestion to me on Amazon and I all that I can say is I am a new man. I'll give you a short run down of issues of my history/ issues, what I am taking and how they've helped me. I am a 37 year old male that has been suffering from SIBO for the past 13 years and also have a shoulder that is not healing after dislocating it months ago. I am finally beginning to get that under control but the SIBO has caused many other issues. Lack of libido, ED, adult acne, brain fog, lack of energy, horrible short term memory, poor sleep and focus. I am healthy too! I eat paleo, work out 4 days per week, and have been doing everything I can. First, I ordered the MOFO, Beef organs and Bone Marrow. I noticed instantly that my energy was AMAZING! I almost felt like my body was buzzing with, this is what you've been missing. I feel like I'm 18 again! My workouts have improved, I am out of breath less, I sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed. And oh, yeah... I am all good in the department down there too. Haven't had that much quality blood flow or a harder erection since I don't know when. I was forgetting to take the Adderall I've been trying to get off of for years. I was sold, I had to try more of these. Next I ordered Lung, Gallbladder, and brain. The brain gave me a minor headache for a day but wow, I am remembering names and am quick. The lung, and gallbladder seem to be working well too. I got a bloody nose the other day and was like, HEY! My blood is incredibly bright red. It's full of oxygen! My body is functioning better. Next up I got the intestines, trachea and magnesium oil. When you have SIBO you always have gas in your intestine so your waste always floats. On day 2, it sunk! It continues to sink which means inflammation is going down in my intestines (FINALLY!) Trachea made me a little sick the first few days of taking it, however I can say that the combo of that and Bone Marrow are finally healing my shoulder. I could do a bench press the other week without pain. Sorry this has been long but each one is so beneficial. I am looking forward to getting Thymus soon. You have a customer for life! Thank you.

I don’t know where to begin! I feel so much better and well, healthier. I guess the best way to start is to share my medical history: I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20's. After intervention from Chinese Medicine, etc I successfully conceived 3, now teenaged sons. Losing weight is damn near impossible with PCOS and I also have a variant on the FABP2 gene so my body likes to be heavy. Yay. I haven’t suffered from the traditional PCOS symptoms of hair loss, weird hair growth, or acne in years. Since 2016 I have struggled with almost debilitating anxiety and depression. I took medication for a while, and although it made my mind feel amazing it stripped my body of so many vitamins and minerals I was in constant joint pain. For the past year, I have taken heavy doses of minerals to help rebuild what was depleted. Prior to starting AS, my pain level was about 80% improved. I had allergy testing done for food and environment and I am sensitive to many things so I adjusted my diet accordingly. Just because I had nothing better to do during quarantine I took a DNA test to see if I had any gene variants that would impact my ability to lose weight. That's how I discovered the FABP2 variant. Also discovered I have a few variants that don't like saturated fat so I have limited that as well. I exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week doing strength training and cardio. I just turned 49 so I am assuming I am in peri-menopause. I had uterine ablation years ago so I do not have a period but I do still have a cycle. My mother, grandmother, and great aunts all had thyroid cancer. I have my Dr. check my levels every year and so far so good for me. Prior to starting AS I suffered from the following. The symptoms with an asterisk as either gone or now negligible!: Anxiety *Depression *Brain fog *Allergies - sneezing, sneezing, sneezing! *Asthma - lung issues due to growing up with second-hand smoke, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, and possible COVID infection in early February. *Heart flutters *Sleepiness in the afternoon - really weird as it presents as a carb crash but I only have a salad for carbs at lunch.* **Sudden weight gain and inability to lose weight or very slow weight loss *Joint, tendon, and facia pain *Per my fitness tracker, I don't get into a deep sleep or only once for a very short time. *Low energy ***ADHD *Incontinence even after having a urethra sling *Slight tinnitus in both ears *Bloating So yep, I was a sh*t-show. In July, in an already crappy year, life took a dramatic turn so my anxiety is pretty high right now. **My weight is not drastically going up right now which is a huge blessing. ***I’m starting community college in August (yay me!) so I will know more then. At this time, I take just about all of the AS products: Organs Tallow Intestines Thymus Lung Thyroid Bone Marrow Pancreas Brain Trachea Adrenal I believe all of these are benefitting me but my absolute favorite is brain! As soon as I added it (dummy me I started with 6 right away) I had Ritalin like energy and cognitive function. I actually had to dial it back and ease into it so I wouldn’t attempt to fly to work or something as crazy! I was already feeling relief for my depression, low energy, brain fog, and anxiety, but once I added brain those symptoms completely went away or in the case of anxiety made it manageable. I emailed Brian (yes he is as amazing as we say!) and he suggested given the crazy life events I could consider increasing my brain dose. I did today so we will see how things go. I also wanted to mention that my middle son (17) was diagnosed at 15 as “behind” with puberty. He was 15 but his pituitary gland thought he was still 13.5. He has slowly started to grow and started puberty but far behind his older brother and where his dad and I were at this age. I talked with him about the supplements and asked him if he wanted to give the brain supplements a try. He takes a few a day and he has shot up half an inch this last month. This is a first for him as usually grows at a very slow pace and then stops for several months. This is the first time he's actually had a "spurt". This could be a coincidence but either way, he calls them his "grow pills". LOL!

I wanted to say thank you. Actually I can't say thank you enough, and I'm sure you have heard that from many of your customers. Your supplements quite honestly have changed my life, at times I feel like they have literally saved my life. That's a bold statement, but again I'm sure you've heard it before. I came to your company in an odd way. I work in the healthcare field in a long-term care facility. Well, a couple months ago Covid-19 happened and changed our world. For my job I have to wear a mask everyday for 8 to 10 hours a day. I developed the worst case of acne I have ever had in my life. I am just shy of 40 years old and I have never experienced acne like this. My co-workers kept telling me to see a dermatologist but I knew what the "solution" would be. I knew that they could suggest Accutane, no thank you, or topical tretinoin. My skin is very sensitive and I knew the topical treatment would tear it apart. So I went searching for a different answer. I was watching several YouTube videos on acne and ways that people helped themselves by taking different supplements such as B6 and zinc. Then I happened across a video where a woman was holding up your liver supplement and said that this helped her acne. I was intrigued, how could a liver supplement help acne? I was so desperate to heal my acne that I ordered it that same day without even looking into the why it worked or your company. Once I got this supplement it was then that I went to your website. I was amazed, Blown Away by all the information I read on your supplements and your company. It was then that I read that liver has a good amount of retinol in it. How perfect is this for someone with sensitive skin that can't do a topical retinol to take it internally. I have been taking your liver supplement for a month now. And the benefits I have seen have been amazing. Life changing. What I ordered to help with my acne turned out to help my entire body. You see my body is broken, I have fibromyalgia, pain, extreme fatigue, depression, and anxiety. My job is very stressful and I was having a hard time coping with everything. My fatigue was almost debilitating. I would come home at night and fall asleep by 7. That's not a very fun life to live. Your liver supplement alone has given me more energy, has made me feel better - not so sluggish - like I can do just a little more everyday. I then ordered your lung supplement because my legs were in so much pain at the end of the day due to my varicose veins (and I am sure my fibromyalgia pain does not help). My legs don't hurt as bad at the end of the day, again these suppliments are life-changing. I just got your adrenal supplement today. My job is very stressful and I was having a harder and harder time coping with the demands. My depression and anxiety seemed to be getting worse by the day. I already felt so much better by just taking your liver and lung supplement that I know adding this adrenal supplement will also help my body to heal. As for my acne, my face is finally starting to clear. Slowly but surely and I am sure it is due to your amazing liver supplement. I hope to get your bone marrow supplement next. I want to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I feel like a different person in the short amount of time and I am hoping as I continue to take your supplements that my body will continue to heal.

Updated review (March 2024): I just repurchased this wonderful product (along with the thymus) after 3 years when I came down with a thick cough. It seemed like I had a bronchial infection but also my lungs were purging from taking a break from smoking. It was thick and green/grey and I was waking up multiples times per night to expunge it into a tissue. Gross! I do take quite a few other Ancestral Supplements and added in 1-2 lung and 3 thymus each day around 3 weeks ago. Effects were felt immediately just as my experience a few years ago- my airways felt much more open. It wasn’t long before I was sleeping thru the night with no cough or wheezing. Yesterday I had the random realization that my lungs felt much, much better. I still have some mucus, but it’s more clear and less thick and not bothersome to my life anymore. The infection has definitely passed and lungs are still purging stuff from smoking long term, but I feel almost normal now. Love the beef lung, I haven’t breathed this well in years! (Original review- 2021): Oh my wow! I have recently begun taking several of the Ancestral Supplements and decided to add the lung, which I received yesterday. I live in Southern California (pollution, wildfires) and am a chronic cannabis user and have a lot of mucus, which affects my sleep at night as I have to constantly cough to clear my throat and lungs. I took one as soon as I received it at about 4pm, then I took one more before bed to see if it would help me sleep better. The effects were extremely noticeable after an hour of taking, like I had taken a puff from an asthma inhaler. My lungs felt very clear and I was able to take deeper breaths. I noticed that when I took a big hit of weed (you know, that good good), my lungs didn’t burn or feel uncomfortable as can happen sometimes. But the sleep.... the sleep was fantastic. I had at least a 95% reduction in mucus and discomfort, could breathe beautifully and woke up much more rested. It’s the next morning now and I still feel clear and open in my airways. I am taking big, deep, clear, wonderful breaths! If you have experienced trouble breathing, you know that not only does this feel great physically, but emotionally as well. Not being able to breathe well is extremely distressing and feels like a loss of freedom. Returning to good breathing feels like coming HOME. I am simply amazed!!!!!! I can’t imagine what type of super human I will become once I am up to the full dose, but I have a feeling it’ll up my workout and hiking game as well with all of this extra fresh oxygen I’m now receiving. I am also taking the brain, bone marrow, liver, organs, thymus and am expecting the colostrum soon and will post reviews for those once I have enough “data points”. I want to leave a review for each and so I’ll add what I can specifically to each. I absolutely love these supplements!! I have so many of them now and I don’t mind at all taking all the pills because I know they all help in some way. We have: Brain, Marrow, Lungs, Trachea, Intestines, Liver, Mofo, Thymus, Tallow and have just added in Organs and Adrenal! Each day, I’ll sprinkle some of each(brain,liver,marrow and will do organs as well)on my kids food each day. They have absolutely no idea that it’s there! My hubby takes 3 Mofo daily and today I’ll start him on Trachea as well. Me- I take 2-3 of everything besides the Mofo. I really started to notice the difference with Trachea. After exercising each day, my joints would stiffen up. Yesterday, we actually jogged and walked..and afterwards- hardly any stiffness in my joints! I got right out of the truck and was able to walk. That’s awesome! My husband said he usually would feel stiff afterwards as well and he said he felt a lot better yesterday and noticed the difference. My husband is not one that likes to take pills- at all! But I said if you can feel the difference then it’s worth it, right?? Of course he agreed. I have even started our dogs on some mixed in with their food. Bone marrow for one and my other doodle deals with allergies, licking, biting at her skin during these allergy months. I don’t want to start back up with the shots because it’s too expensive and they work somewhat. I started her on trachea to heal her biting wounds as well as thymus for allergies. Her wound from biting is healing nicely and she has slowed way down with itching. I have noticed that my wheezing is pretty much non existent. I haven’t been coughing or sneezing and my sinuses are opening back up. I’m getting deeper breaths again. I love reading about each supplement to see what they can target. I have gotten rid of my other supplements because nothing else compares I wish I could’ve known about these a long time ago because I wouldn’t have wasted so much money. Since I don’t take the full 6, I don’t experience bad detox symptoms. If you do, just know that the supplements are doing the work that they should be doing.The owner, Brian is outstanding! First off I’ll just tell you that I’m feeling better in just my overall daily feel in general. I started taking taking organs and lungs last week on Thursday, 3 each, but I’m pretty sure starting with 3 was too much. I definitely felt the detox affects the next day, so I then only took 2 each on Friday, and 1 of the brain. I still felt a little crummy from the detox I believe, but I did notice better sleep and less brain fog from taking the brain. So then Saturday (yesterday) I only took 1 each of the organs and lung, I felt much better the rest of the day. Today I did the same thing and took only 1 each again. I haven’t taken the brain since Thursday but I’m going to take 1 with dinner. And then starting tomorrow I’m going to up my dosage and take two each of the organs and lungs for a few days. And I think I might start taking 1 of the brain each day for the rest of the week. Anyhow, things are going great and I am feeling better in general.

I really thought it was too early to post a review. However, in light of my very recent blood oxygen saturation changing! I thought I have to let other COPD patients know, there's hope for a better life. I was diagnosed 22 years ago with COPD, That upon the heals of losing every single member of my family to SMOKING three wonderful sisters and my mother all suffered a horrible painful death. They all smoked so long that their COPD turned into emphysema. My mom weighed only 68 pounds at her death. It was horrible going to say my last goodbye. Seeing what the emphysema had done to her before finally allowing her to not have to suffer anymore, but taking her from her family who loved her. I don't want another family to have to witness the death of a family member like me and my dad had to witness. That's why I'm so excited about what's going on right now with me. My blood oxygen saturation was dangerously low, in the low 80's not good, it doesn't feel good either. After being hospitalized for a week, I did manage to get it back up to 90 sometimes 91. I have been put on oxygen therapy. I use 3 LPM just to keep my BOS at 90%. Which is doable. But if you're the one with a 90% BOS it's not that good feeling. The truth is before now I have been getting ready for the worst and then after suffering a few years finally die. This is no BULL, I bought the beef Lung and Trachea, and begin taking them on Christmas this year just days ago. To my amazement My blood oxygen saturation is holding at 96 and 97%. Now you tell me if that isn't a amazing and that is off oxygen. now I'm lucky because I quit smoking before my lungs developed emphysema. but just the same life has not been a bed of roses. When you can't get air in or out it's scary. Frankly, I don't know how this stuff is working so fast, it's mind boggling. Nevertheless, it is working and I can't tell anyone just how grateful, to everyone at ancestry for giving hope to the suffering people no matter what the suffering is caused from. I'm sold and will be a customer forever. By the way, I know some of these amazing products sound like they would taste horrible, but trust me there's zero taste that I can tell. To speak for a moment about the absorbency, well it's only been since the 25th of December today being the 29th of December 20/20. And it's already changing my life. So I would say the absorbency must be very high. I also have macular eye degeneration, I intend to buy the eyes and see what happens. I have been a biker for years, but I had to sell my last Harley because of my eyesight problem. It was pretty painful, seeing how I really loved riding. I don't need to be rich or famous, all I want is to be able to enjoy the last few years I have to live. Be with my daughters and grandkids. I don't want to suffer, I honestly and truthfully believe in this company, moreover I believe in their products. Personally, I don't believe you can go wrong buying and using the great products. I'm amazed truly amazed!💙
