High value chair, Responsive customer support, some notes
I got this chair about 6 months ago. I'm a bachelor and I've been sitting on folding metal chairs so this was a SIGNIFICANT improvement. That being said, I do use office chairs at my various jobs, so I've had a moderate level of experience with chairs. The packaging was sturdy, as others have mentioned. The chair came undamaged. For assembly, there are tools and instructions provided. I'm fairly handy and it took me about 15 minutes to set up the chair. When I sat down in the chair for the first time I breathed a sigh of satisfaction. I'm 6'/180 lbs, and the chair is spacious enough for me to feel comfortable, tall enough to provide full body support, and adjustable based on my needs. Over the past six months the best thing about the chair is that I don't usually notice it. The chair does it's job well and I can focus on my work. There are a few times I notice it and think about the chair. I contacted customer support about a few of them, and they were very responsive. Here's the things I've noticed. The first is that sometimes I wish the arm rests were closer in. They could be closer in if I took out one of the screws but I'm not inclined to tradeoff the stability and sturdiness for having closer armrests. I will often adjust the top rests inwards to have a closer resting place for my arms. The second is that it was hard to move on carpet. This isn't the chairs fault, lots of chairs are hard to move on carpet. I should get a mat, frankly. I received some different wheels for the chair from GABRYELLY, and they increased the ease of movement enough that it was noticeable. They are more likely to require me to get out of my chair to adjust them sometimes, so I'm not sure which I prefer, as the other ones were hard to move but I never had to get up. Another is that it didn't feel like the chair was tall enough for me. Perhaps my desk is taller than many, but the upper limit of the chair wouldn't allow me to rest comfortably at first. When I asked GABRYELLY about this, they said that they had high gasrods (the center support bar of the chair) but that they were out of stock. The new wheels they sent me were tall enough that it just met my requirement, and I'm happy with the new height of the chair. The built in lumbar support is enough for those with good to moderate posture. When I asked customer support for a lumbar pillow, they promptly provided me with one. The lumber pillow is comfortable and nice, but I've found that the straps with buckles don't stay where you put them on this chair model. The straps slide down and I have to adjust them. It's annoying enough that I usually just place the pillow without buckling it and hold it there with my back. That works great for me, although it's tedious sometimes, I mostly don't notice it except for when I'm tired of holding posture. Finally, I notice the chair when I sit down in it. The thing is so darn comfortable! I also notice when I engage the leaning lever and relax backwards to the perfect angle. It's very nice and I appreciate having this chair very much. Customer support, as others have mentioned, is very responsive. There were a couple things to note. 1. They eventually told me they only give one freebie per order. I've seen others who have received requests for trade ins, and I'm not sure if that affects things at all. I also am not sure if they would offer to sell me something past the freebies. 2. They do ask you to give five star reviews. This doesn't bother me as the reviews are my deciding factor in buying on Amazon - and the chairs, as I've mentioned, are high value, and worth five stars. 3. They didn't say anything about extending my warranty after I emailed them four or five months later. There may be a timeline on this. If I were you, I would try out the chair for a week and let customer support know how you like it sooner than I did, and they can help you sooner. They may even convince you to write a review ;) I liked the chair enough that I bought one for my brother, who lives with me. He's 6'3", and 250lbs. He's enjoyed the chair a lot as well, although he's not much for in-depth reviews. In neither mine, nor my brothers case has the chair degraded in quality in any way after buying it. I'm not sure how long chairs are supposed to last, but these one last at least 6 months from my experience, and they are going strong! If you have a comfortable budget, I would recommend this chair. They have other models if you have less budget room, and in that case I can still recommend the customer service, although I haven't tried their other chairs. ... show more

I reached out to customer service to see about getting blades wheels and they were SUPER responsive and friendly. Great Chair. Neck/Head Rest Is Not Adjustable, Though.
Bought this chair because I needed an ergonomic chair to replace the one I've had for roughly 14 years. I didn't want to spend $500+ for a chair, and I needed it to at least have good support for my lower and middle back. I also wanted a head rest that could support my neck. This chair meets all criteria except the last one. Price was decent, product arrived without damage, and it was not too difficult to assemble... For the most part. The step of getting the seat and back together was a bit frustrating because I did it alone. The issue is you have to somehow position the fully assembled back so that you can screw the seat on. However, you can't just rest it on the floor because then the holes will not line up. And trying to do it otherwise would really require one person to hold the back, and the other to attach the seat. I ended up using the box the chair came in to balance the back while I screwed the seat on. Not really a big deal, but I think a lot of people might not think of it right away - so here's your tip 😉 Anyway, the chair has been great. It is supportive of my back and the adjustable parts work very well. I love the breathable mesh to stop me from getting sweaty while sitting for hours. My only real complaint is that the neck rest is NOT adjustable. It sits just a little too far back to be supportive, unless you have the chair tilted back to its full extent. As such, my upper back/neck area can still get a little tight from sitting. I also bought better casters for it because the hard plastic ones are not very good - especially on low pile carpet. That is expected for most chairs that are not premium. For reference, I'm around 5'10" and I'm about 210 lbs (athletic build, broad shoulders, large chest, muscular legs). It handles my weight and size well, and I have no worries that it will wear any time soon, after using it for a couple of months. All in all, if adjustable neck support - or really ANY neck support - is a requirement for you, you might want to skip this and opt for a different chair. Otherwise, I can recommend this. Tip: I ended up getting a travel neck rest (like you would use on a plane) for when I am going to sit in the chair for a few hours at a time without getting up (ex: when I'm playing a video game on the weekend). I'm really enjoying this chair so far. I was initially concerned about purchasing a chair online and not trying it out in store before purchasing like I have always done. Honestly even trying out a chair in store is flawed as the chair has likely been sat in hundreds or thousands of times and is not in the same condition as would be purchased. Nonetheless, I am very happy with my purchase of this chair. I work long hours (8+) everyday at my desk and I have been in search for a great chair that boasts quality as well as comfort. This chair is both. Setup was simple. I would say it took me approximately 30-40 minutes from opening the box, to first sitting in the seat. The instructions were clear and everything was included that was required for assembly. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues securing any of the screws or anything. Everything fit together perfectly. Following the easy setup, the chair was comfortable as soon as I sat in it. I made a few adjustments to the arm height, the chair height itself, as well as the headrest. I also like that the arm rests themselves are adjustable. This is part of the "3D arm rest". I didn't think there would be any benefit but there most certainly is, especially the way I like to rest my arms when I type. I would also like to note that customer support is fantastic and I feel confident that should I need any support in the future, I can count on a quick interaction with their support team to fulfill my requirements. Customer service is great...
Chair is very comfortable minus a few things. The arm rests are a little hard so my elbows have to readjust semi frequently. The back of the chair isn't bad but I feel like it's missing some extra support, and the wheels are those crappy office wheels that eat up cords and get caught on carpet/rugs. All of which are around my area. I know 3 stars might look bad but the chair was easy to set up, the air flow it allows is nice and it's big. I would say this chair is priced well if you can get it for under 200, there's just too many things missing for me to give it more stars. Worth the price but I feel like you can solve all of these problems by spending 30-70 more dollars and it would be worth it. Update 1 month post: Customer service reached out and sent me replacement wheels and arm rest covers which have helped the chair be tremendously better. Customer service and speed of shipping were 5 stars, if the chair had more comfortable arm rests and better wheels from the get go, I would recommend this to anyone needing a solid chair. My only question now is why not include these items and instead of sending them after a purchase? From other reviews this seems to be consistent so why not change the common items people are having issues with? Overall it's a 5 star chair now, just wish it could have been that from the beginning. ... show more

Best chair and service for your money hands down.

Very comfortable chair, especially for the price. You don't need to pay $500 for a computer chair that is comfortable enough to sit in for hours out of the day. The chair is sturdy, looks great and was simple to put together with the provided instructions. You can fully recline, set the pin so that the chair has NO recline, OR, and this is my favorite feature. You can set the reclining pin so that you stay at mid inclination. But the most impressive part of this purchase is the level of support provided by GABRYLLY. They offer complimentary blade wheels if you email them and request them, at no charge (even shipping is free). Solid Ergonomic Chair For The Price
This chair takes about 20 to 30 minutes to assemble, not hard at all even by yourself. The materials are high quality, and the chair feels very comfortable to sit in for long periods. The mesh provides more airflow than your standard leather/gaming chairs, so you don't get that weird disgusting feeling after sitting in the chair for several hours that you normally do with other chairs. My only gripe, and this isn't even a fault of the chair but just something that I was looking for but didn't realize this chair didn't have, is that the tilt mechanism does not tilt the seat of the chair on a slant, but only the backside section of the chair. When I was using a gaming chair, before it broke, I liked to tilt the seat backwards and then rest my legs on an ottoman. This chair is still comfortable, but I miss being able to sit like that. If you've ever sat in a thousand dollar or more chair, you have a feel for a certain quality. You can tell that this chair is really good but just not on that "next level" of some of those Herman Miller chairs that I've had the pleasure of using at the office, but it's still perfectly good for this price-range.
