The weather stripping around my garage door has degraded over time, and the frame has shifted a bit. That allowed gaps to form, which mice were able to exploit. I put this around the frame of the garage door, along with a new bottom stripping. There was enough of this product to cover 3 sides plus add a bit along the bottom to cover some areas that were exposed by some settling of the foundation. Could have covered all 4 sides had I wanted to. Worked great so far. The weather stripping has an adhesive backing plus you use screws to hold it in place. It worked great. One caveat, the screws deform the soft material if you go too far with the screws. Watch out for that. ... show more

Can't say how durable this product is or will last but the silicone rubber like material seems like it should last a few years at least. Wish thru sold this product in a longer roll since I was about 7' feet short of sealing 2 garage doors and so I had to order another 34' roll to seal the last 7'. ... show more

This door seal is well made and is easy to install. It is easier if you have a helper but it can be done by yourself. It seals the garage very well. I would recommend this product to anyone for weatherproofing their garage.

This only took me about 90 minutes to install by myself and it completely seals my garage door from drafts, plus it looks pretty good!

I had some gaps on the sides of my garage door that allowed dust, dirt and leaves to blow in. I installed per the instructions and so far it has stayed in place and works great. A very inexpensive and easy fix. I would recommend this product.
