If you go in knowing this things limitations I think you will come to like it. This isn't a iron, its a steamer. So don't expect to get crisp lines and completely wrinkle free results, its not going to happen. But what this does do is help get out 80% of the wrinkles, which is enough for most situations. It's a very simple device - it blows out steam. I've found the technique that works best or me is to pull the garment taught while hung then run the steamer over it, this helps the fabric "re-learn" its original shape. I've attached some photos of before and after. You can see it gets out most, but not all the wrinkles. Where it clearly struggles is with any hard creases, it will help soften them, but won't remove them. For the cost, ease of use, and simple design, its worth having around. Don't get me wrong, I still recommend buying an iron and learning how to use that. But this is helpful in a pinch.

Works like a charm! I’m probably never using my ironing board and iron again lol… the steamer preheats very fast, lets out a great amount of steam and truly helped remove small wrinkles.
