I recently upgraded my system with the **G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series DDR4 64GB (2x32GB) RAM**, and I'm thrilled with the results. Whether you're a gamer, content creator, or power user, this RAM kit delivers top-tier performance with unmatched reliability. **⚡ Speed & Performance:** With Intel XMP support, getting this RAM to run at its advertised speed was effortless. I noticed a significant boost in system responsiveness and multitasking capability. Applications load faster, and working with large files in programs like Photoshop and Premiere Pro has never been smoother. Gaming performance is also top-notch, with no stuttering or lag even in the most demanding titles. **🛠️ Build Quality & Design:** The build quality is excellent, as expected from G.SKILL. The sleek, low-profile design with the signature Ripjaws V heat spreaders looks fantastic in my build and helps keep temperatures in check during heavy loads. The modules fit perfectly, even with large CPU coolers, and the overall aesthetics add a nice touch to my rig. **🔧 Easy Installation & XMP Setup:** Installation was a breeze. The modules were easily recognized by my motherboard, and enabling XMP in the BIOS was straightforward. They ran at their rated speed (3200MHz/3600MHz, depending on the kit) without any stability issues. **💾 Capacity & Multitasking:** 64GB of RAM is a game-changer for heavy multitasking. I can run multiple virtual machines, open dozens of browser tabs, and work on large video projects without a hitch. • Powerful DDR3 RAM
It's cheap for a 2 x 32 GB DDR3 series. Its performance is great. No BsOD or other glitch and problem found. I can just easily plug the 2 RAM modules into my motherboard them it will work successfully. The temperature won't be so high while highly using. And the capacity is extensible because the series has only 2 RAM modules. ... show more

  • Prices are insane right now, but it's still good RAM
Glad I bought RAM this summer before the price tripled. If you're in the market for an upgrade, it might be better to try to find a pre built computer on DDR5 and a decent GPU on sale at this point. If you've got a motherboard that takes DDR4 and don't want to do a complete upgrade, this is a solid and reliable choice. I've used G.Skill in the last 3 computers I've built and never had issues. ... show more

  • Excellant memory for Ryzen 5900x !
Great memory for my Ryzen build(s) , but this set 3600/64gig (2x32) went to my current 5900x/MSI x570s Tomahawk Max Wifi to replace the 32gig (2x16) of the same version . As like with the first set , it runs super stable and overclocks the exact same as well ; T1-16-26-26-26-50-65 (1.44 v) . Both sets were Hynix , of which I have had great results with them . ~ I run my rigs hard , gaming or other wise and have not had a single problem with this GSkill version running in my Ryzen pc's . ~Highly Recommend ! **** UPDATE 12/2025 Memory still doing great ... actually better than before , but now running on a 5900xt vs my 5900x (and using the same MSI 570S Tomahawk WIFI , etc ... . Timings at: 1T-16-19-19-19-42/auto)- 83/auto @ 1.45v and ROCK SOLID !!!! VERY happy with this Gskill/ Hynix duel rank . ~ Shame pricing has gone ballistic CRAZY due to stupid AI surge . Bottom line ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! *** UPDATE 5/22/25 : Still running perfect at above settings . ... show more

  • Solid Performance - after a bit of noodling
New build - Ryzen 5600G, Radeon 6600 XT, Gigabyte B550 UD AC. Not a screamer, but still pretty decent for casual gaming and music audio work station. Was up and running in minutes with the fresh build, but started getting crashes, bsod immediately. Proceeded to update all drivers on new W11 install, nothin. I thought maybe maybe the power supply wasn't up to snuff, then I ran mem test. Immediate mem errors. Moved the sticks from slots 1,2 to slots 3,4 and wham, no errors, crashes, bsod's. ( or maybe I moved it from 3,4 to 1,2) Either way, that fixed the issue. Mem tested with zero errors after moving the sticks, and been running flawless for almost a week. Gonna buy two more 32G sticks. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Stable and Fast on B450 with a 5950x Stable and Fast on B450 with a 5950x
I have an odd setup but long story short my 32GB’s of 3200Mhz RAM from a compedator went unstable at anything but JDEC 2133mhz after two years of use and i needed more RAM now too (game dev i tell yeah, its demanding). So i sought a new kit and settled on this kit, Ripjaws 64GB 3600mhz and could only be happier if i had more of it! XMP worked flawlessly to get this RAM up to speed on my motherboard and it survived several nights of memory testing to validate stability. The performance boost from running RAM that is 60% faster than my last kit, and lets me run the Infinity Fabric on my Ryzen 9 5950x also 60% faster, has been quite a surprise to my minimum frame rates in games. But more importantly, has speed up software compiling significantly, light baking, and build compiling in unreal engine. The bump to 64GB’s from 32 has also has helped a lot with dealing with Houdini and Unreal Engine 5’s penchant for eating RAM. Its been so nice to have stable and fast RAM again! I would highly recommend this kit to any Zen 3 Ryzen build! ———- Update a year later and the kit is still running flawlessly! Picture is from the setup it is used in, a DR. Zaber Sentry 2.0. ——— 2/16/2024 I might have spoken too soon about it running flawlessly as my computer has started to BSOD, software crashing, and full system lockups for the past week… and it’s the RAM. Running it at XMP speeds is unstable and setting it to JEDEC fixes the instability. I dont know if this is fault of the RAM or my motherboard’s doing something weird given this is the second kit that has gone bad on me. I will be attempting a RMA on the kit and update how that goes. 7/18/2025 Turns out the motherboard was the problem last year and this ram is working flawlessly still in a new motherboard! ... show more
