    • Decent Tracker for the Money and Responsive Support (no go for reliable BP monitoring)

Upon initially receiving this tracker, I was impressed with the build quality, it was comfortable to wear, and the layout and screen fonts were still comfortable enough for my 55yo eyes to read. I would recommend this tracker for anyone who just needs a good step tracker, heart monitor, and overall extension to your smart phone, but it fell short on BP readings. I tested thoroughly and it's just not reliable enough. In the world of wearable BP monitors, there are two methods by which a BP is measured (or should I say predicted). 1) Uses a pulse wave sensor that listens to the velocity of the blood in your veins and tries to deduce what your pressure might be based on the rate at which your blood flows through a small stretch of a vein. 2) The other (even more inaccurate), the software in the watch will try and predict what your BP "might" be based on your current hear rate and activity level. I wasn't able to determine what method tracker uses, but the standard response you'll get from support is that it can be anywhere from 0%-20% off and while that would have been ok with me assuming I could take the number on the tracker and multiply it by 1.2 to get a more accurate reading, it simply wouldn't work because i found that regardless of what I was doing, the tracker never varied more than 3mm on systolic and 2Hg on diastolic ... and because I have a cuff at home, I know that my pressure swings more than 30 points on systolic throughout the day ... the tracker never showed this. So it's a nice stylish and light weight tracker which is good at step monitoring, heart rate, .... but don't bother if you're looking for reliable blood pressure readings. It will consistently report lower than actual numbers ... it sadly makes you believe that you have somehow solved your BP issue (lol) ... show more

I elected to use this device to monitor my daily walking. I know the distance I walk already--accurately and I know my steps per mile--also accurately. But sometimes I don't recall whether I walked the entire route or cut part of it off--due to extensive day dreaming. When I walk my route wearing the watch and divide the steps by the distance indicated by the device, I correctly calculate my steps per mile; however, both the distance and the steps are well above what I actually achieve by about 10%. Since I can correct this on any calculator, I did not mark down accuracy since it's accuracy is consistently 10% above where it should be. This inconsistency is also reflected in blood pressure. I have a separate medical blood pressure device and comparisons are consistently 10% above the watch. My 130/76 measurements are reflected as 146/86. I cannot speak to other measurements. One complaint is that there really isn't a manual--the one provided doesn't really provide any information and the app isn't particularly helpful. I have yet to get the Sport Walking portion to work. For example my watch has a symbol with a number on its face and I can't match it to any item. Despite all this since I can correct the measurements and it does what I want, I am satisfied with it (due to its cost). ... show more

Needed this to keep track of HR & BP. It does track everything, but I’ve only worn is a couple of weeks now and the find your phone has stopped working, have not been able to get it to connect as far as phone calls or messages. As a a nurse I have compared to the the manual BP cuff and 2 digital ones and it is not accurate. It always shows my BP within normal range when it is at stroke level, the HR is is from one extreme to the other. I’m purchasing another style as this on was a complete waste of money. I’m going to give this company another try. As soon as they seen that I was having issues with the watch that I purchased, they reached out to me the very next day offering me a refund. I’ve decided to ask for a replacement and see if it’s better, as it could just be an issue with the watch and not all of their watches. Their customer service is excellent ... show more
