I got it for back and hip stability because I’m hyper mobile and this has been the best relief that I have found the moment I get it on me I can feel my body being held together and stabilize just perfectly sizing wasn’t hard. Fit & Sizing: It does run a little small, so I recommend sizing up—especially if you're between sizes or prefer a bit more breathing room.
