Great and would buy again. Son’s friend dropped it, but it wasn’t damaged too badly and I was able to figure it out. Sons has had it for over a year and rides it daily to and from school 1.5 miles. Charge lasts all week, and then some.

I usually don’t do this but ummmmm……. The G-Cycle WAS it for me! I spent a lot of time trying to find the right Scooter. Most of them only holds 220lbs and I’m 250+! So the prices were cool, but the weight limit was not. I finally found this one with only two YouTube reviews and gambled on it. It was worth it for me! This things goes up to 25mph on the second setting. It’s so fast I purchased a helmet because yeah, it FLIES! I’m a big boy but it handles my weight well. The tires aren’t as smooth when riding over debris so avoid if possible. However, I love the fact that they’re the honeycomb joints that don’t need inflation or maintenance. Just watch where you’re going. No phone app, but that doesn’t bother me because I’m just cruising and having fun. The downfall to that it that I wouldn’t know how many miles it actually got unless I recorded manually or in my watch. But it ran for awhile so I felt good about that. I am from the dmv, if you’re from the Washington dc area, you know that means mambo sauce and go-go. My point…. This is an authentic review which I don’t do often. But this thing is so much fun, I had to! However, after a month or so, the handle bar turns out of place while riding. I contacted customer support several times and they NEVER replied. There is not a real warranty because they don’t have a real customer service department. AVOID this one and go with a more reputable company. ... show more

I had it for 31 days and there was a problem with it so I sent it back and got a new one and this one is a lot better. I appreciate them for that great customer service.

I have reached out to the company several times via email because customer service has NO phone number and have yet to receive a response . Very upsetting.
