    • Missing parts
I have not even started the product. It came with parts missing. 2 and 1/2 hours on the phone with Amazon and Karcher have done absolutely nothing. I should have went to Lowe’s. Amazon asked me to purchase missing parts and submit a receipt to them. Amazon used to be reputable and stand behind their products. It is about s month later and I am still left without parts. I ordered a whole working unit. I finally received the parts and ran the pressure washer. It had about a 50/50 duty cycle. It would have pressure for one second and none the next. It kept cycling like that. ... show more

    • The gas motor would not even start, unit should have been pre-tested.
I am very unhappy with this item and have returned it to Amazon for credit. After putting it together, I could not get it to even start so then I had to disassemble it, drain the oil and gas, re-box it and send it back.
