Perfect and comfortable. Ease of use. Purchased this for my brother. He loves it. Cannot comment on how it would fit a woman. My advice is to do what we did. Go to a "chain' drugstore, try it on and take it from there. BTW, the chain drug store charges $15.00 more for the EXACT same product. Would highly recommend!

I gave the Futuro Binder 4 starts for quality. But just like others who reviewed this product, there should be a new size. I had to return the Medium for a Large size because on the medium there was just enough area to Velcro it on and on the large the Velcro goes as far as it can to attach. There needs to be an in between size. I am a 140 lb 5'6" woman. The binder is good quality though and the Velcro is great. The Futuro does a great job fastening and staying in place. (I have another brand that comes open when I bend over making it pretty much worthless). This one is a bit stiff (may soften with multiple washings) and it could be an inch less in width to fit a woman better. I do use it but with a little tweaking by Futuro, it could be perfect The price was good compared to others I've seen.

No wonder reviewers are confused .... Here are some details I hope you find useful, as I purchased both a Large AND a Medium .... Huge difference.... If you bought a Large, it runs large....A medium runs VERY smallish ...I fall between the two sizes, so I thought a medium would work... Nope, way too short ... Velcro panels in both sizes are same .... Square panel is 8 inches, but hooking link is only 2 inches wide, so if you fall midway in sizes, you lose, neither will fasten. Binders have 3 sewn panels .... for the MEDIUM SIZE: square panel "A" is 8 inches, "B" center 10.5, "C' 13.5 .... Entire length 32.5 inches .... ((According to their AD, it stretches 32-42 inches, not true.... I need a 38 inch and it's absolutely too short!!!!! )) .... You will note the TOTAL measurement does not equal, because I measured only from USABLE seam allowances in the 3 panels, so the trims add a tad more, making the entire binder longer .... The "B" panel goes across your back ..... "A" & "C" go from your sides to the front & closure Now for the LARGE SIZE: square panel with Velcro looping fabric is also 8 inches on this size.... "B" is 14inches, "C" is 17 .... Entire length is 40 inches... ((According to their AD, it stretches 42-52 inches)) ... For me, needing a 38, I fall between both sizes as MEDIUM is too short, and LARGE Velcro only gives me a 2 inch deviance to attach to the 8 inch square.... I'm smaller than that, so indeed I have oodles of excess fabric, but no where to fasten as the Velcro does NOT line up .... I cannot use either size .... Pictures show you that a full 9 inch difference exists between the large & medium Binders are very well made, double sewn .... thick, nice quality .... The Velcro will last several years if using common sense.... (You cannot throw it down on dust or rugs, etc, will damage the fastening loops....Keep it clean when removed, away from strings, hair, other debris) ... Sizing is way off, but if you do fit in the middle of either size, it will be a good product....Unfortunately, I'm using it as a breast binder of 38 inches and it will NOT work.

I purchased this item for my husband’s back. It was recommended by his physical therapist. It arrived in unsatisfactory condition. It was completely not the right size. Very disappointing.
