This arrive damaged, dented on top and back of item. The vent in back was crushed. When plugged in it sparked and smoked. Dangerous!

    • Chills Red Wine Just Fine!
I've only been using this wine chiller for a couple of weeks, but it is working as advertised. I bought this unit because it was the only one I could find that would allow me to store open bottles standing up. A couple of things to note: 1. This is a wine chiller, not a refrigerator. From viewing YouTube reviews of this unit, I understand that the the way the Thermoelectric cooling mechanism works it will only cool around 20 degrees cooler than the room it is in, so it needs to be used in a climate controlled area (between 64 - 78 degrees Fahrenheit). I really only drink red wine, so this works perfectly for me. I do not know if it gets cold enough for white wine, so read the description and see if it is cool enough for white if that is what you want to use it for! 2. The unit should be stored in an open area, not in a cabinet or other built in enclosures. It needs ventilation. The directions recommend 6 inches of space behind the unit and 10 inches of space on each side. Although later in the manual it says 4 inches on the top and back of the unit and 2 inches on each side, so those might be minimums? Mine is sitting on an open counter so I'm not worried about the actual spacing. ... show more

This makes the most of the space very having some bottle stand up while others lay down, easy to adjust temperature, looks really nice and fits perfectly under cabinet, and doesn’t take up much space width wise . Also really like the light . This is a really nice looking wine fridge , and it’s quiet

The unit came very well packaged and arrived undamaged. This size and look is comparable to those really nice CPU cases with the cool lights. The unit is super quiet. This is strictly for chilling wine so it won't get a cold as a fridge but it's the perfect temp for my white wines. I like that you have two different ways to store the bottles, on it's side or standing upright. I like the fact that the inside light can be turned on and off. ... show more

I just love the look and the compact nature of this little fridge. The one bad thing is that it sets its own temp. You cannot set it colder. It is preset at 54F and there is no way to make it colder. I actually wanted it to hold water bottles. And it does chill them partly, but I’d prefer colder water. This is a really nice looking fridge. It will hold 9 24-36oz water bottles well. I didn’t see the temp being static in the description when I ordered this. As it will hold my water bottles I am ok with it. If it could be colder, it would be a great thing. ... show more
