Bought this for my sister as a Christmas gift, I looked through so many places online read every review I came across and found this. And know that we have it I don’t regret it. It’s amazing was fairly simple to put together (you’ll need someone to help you bring the boxes in as they are kinda heavy) but so worth it!! It’s so comfy and easy to sleep in. I didn’t realize it spins around like all the way, it’s a great lounging chair and never becomes uncomfortable. All the vibrations and heat setting is amazing and much relief to sit in after a long day at work ( I accidentally took a 3 hour nap in it) after turning on the vibrations. Didn’t realize it had cup holders which is an awesome bonus it was worth every dime I paid for it and would 10000% recommend. I bought this for my babies nursery. I needed something that wasn’t too big since I have limited space and I’m not a big human. I scoured the internet and focused on measurements and this was exactly as described which I can appreciate! (Worried it would show up too big and I’d have to return it- happens more than you’d think) I’m 5’5 and I can sit comfortably and still touch the ground to rock my baby. When the foot rest is out my feet are at the end of the footrest with room to spare. It’s the perfect size for me, but I can see how bigger people might disapprove if it’s their everyday chair. However my husband is 6-4 and he also loves it and helps with baby so it’s doable. This chair had all of the features I was looking for and It was easy to setup. Leather quality is good and the massage and heat are amazing features! It rocks and glides side to side well with cup holders for baby’s bottle and moms water and lots of pockets too for my phone, etc?! Are you kidding me, I love this chair, Thank you 🙌 ... show more

    • Fine product, Failed delivery!
My wife and her mom were able to assemble the chair with little trouble. The chair is well constructed and quite comfortable with effective heating and massage. With all the included features, I consider it a good value for the money spent on it. Now for the ugly part: product delivery. The outer packaging was heavily damaged and the product was left at my neighbor’s front door, which is downstairs from our units door (despite my delivery instructions to leave it at our door!). My suspicion is that this was done intentionally, because no delivery confirmation message notification with a photo attached was ever received.     • Quick fix, a little over priced for what you get.
I bought this chair and my over all opinion about is, it that it's an ok chair if your just looking to replace a far worse chair with it. I didn't buy it for this but I did notice that the vibration system in it isn't very strong at all, I feel like it was a pointless feature to the chair in all honesty, and just caused the price of the chair to be higher. The cord that you do have to plug the chair in with in order to get the vibration feature is only like 3 or 4 feet long. So to plug it in the chair either has to be right against the wall which defeats the purpose of the 360 rotation feature, or you have to use an extension cord which isn't ideal. The reclining leg part is super hard to push back down, most of the time I have to stand up out of the chair and push it closed after getting up so it's kind of a hassle getting out of it if it's reclined. I have also notice that with the reclining part of the chair you can feel the metal part of the chair if your feet are not full extended so I could have used a little extra padding there. All in all it's not a horrible chair, I bought this mainly for the cup holders, 360 feature, and the reclining feature. It will do the job and is comfortable enough. But I do feel it should have been like $100 dollars cheaper for what I got. If you're looking or a chair just keep in mind this is more like a starter chair, and a bit over priced for what you get. I feel like the chair will probably last about a year or two before I have to buy another one. ... show more

    • Poor design reclining handle is not accessible nor easy, do not purchase
Poor design ..nothing about the functions are smooth and easy.....every function is a struggle.. Recliner looks nice but....reclining handle is a pull up oval tucked between side and cushion -- difficult to place hand around handle and difficult to pull up. not easily accessible. Leg portion does not glide back into place even if you stand up and push it. Every aspect is a struggle to use the chair. DO NOT BUY!! Contacted seller to return --they state itis NOT a quality problem -so I must pay 15% return shipping. REALLY this is a QUALITY ISSUE. Offered me $20 to keep the chair.. I do not think so.. There us no way an elderly person could use this chair. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have had this chair /massage ,rocker for about 1 year now. I LOVE it! I sit in it after work to get my massage put my feet up and relax while I unwind. I've been testing this chair out for a little over a month and I must say I'm a fan ! It swivels and rocks which I enjoy so much. Its very comfortable, but its also not made for larger people . If you are over a size 22-24 womens then this is not the chair for you. The massage function is pretty useless if you ask me. Its more like strong vibrations than a massage. If you're looking for the massages they have at the nail salon, this is not the chair for you. Also no matter how long I leave it on , I never feel any heat.
