Bought this for my sister as a Christmas gift, I looked through so many places online read every review I came across and found this. And know that we have it I don’t regret it. It’s amazing was fairly simple to put together (you’ll need someone to help you bring the boxes in as they are kinda heavy) but so worth it!! It’s so comfy and easy to sleep in. I didn’t realize it spins around like all the way, it’s a great lounging chair and never becomes uncomfortable. All the vibrations and heat setting is amazing and much relief to sit in after a long day at work ( I accidentally took a 3 hour nap in it) after turning on the vibrations. Didn’t realize it had cup holders which is an awesome bonus it was worth every dime I paid for it and would 10000% recommend. And it fits us perfectly at 5”5 and a couple hundred pounds it’s amazing. ... show more

The Price is Right the chair is comfortable and does not work well I would not suggest for someone not over maybe 210 lb it is more for a smaller person it's a medium sized chair. The directions are awful they do not coincide with any of the connections in the back took husband over 5 hours to figure out how to get the massage and the recline to work. Had to contact the seller several times still have not heard back from them. Finally got to figure the chair out and it worked for a few days. If you live in an apartment don't expect them FedEx to carry your chair upstairs very heavy over 180 lbs expect someone to get it upstairs for you did not know that. None of the cables are labeled to the directions so you don't know which ones go to which and the picture of the cables do not look like any of the cables in the chair so FYI if you can figure all that out you can enjoy your chair but assembly is a bitch. My journey 1st chair wiring faulty after 6 emails they sent 2nd chair after 2 weeks 2nd chair doing same thing. I now have 2 broken chairs and can't use and I'm disable can't return product and company is in Japan BBW waiting on more emails asking for my $$ back don't buy this chair!! ... show more

Assembly is impossible. Arms would not assemble to the chair because it’s a manufactured defect. We used the chair without arms since we couldn’t assemble the arms. We even paid for someone to assemble the furniture, it couldn’t be done. Chair would be better if arms were able to be attached

I bought this for my babies nursery. I needed something that wasn’t too big since I have limited space and I’m not a big human. I scoured the internet and focused on measurements and this was exactly as described which I can appreciate! (Worried it would show up too big and I’d have to return it- happens more than you’d think) I’m 5’5 and I can sit comfortably and still touch the ground to rock my baby. When the foot rest is out my feet are at the end of the footrest with room to spare. It’s the perfect size for me, but I can see how bigger people might disapprove if it’s their everyday chair. However my husband is 6-4 and he also loves it and helps with baby so it’s doable. This chair had all of the features I was looking for and It was easy to setup. Leather quality is good and the massage and heat are amazing features! It rocks and glides side to side well with cup holders for baby’s bottle and moms water and lots of pockets too for my phone, etc?! Are you kidding me, I love this chair, Thank you 🙌 ... show more

I thought it would be hard to put together and take two people but I put it together myself. The hardest part was slidingsides down. Takes a lot of force. Also make sure when you put the back on that the front flap is behind the seat not the front or you will have to take back off again. It's a regular size wouldn't recommend for a tall person, Other than that it's AWESOME. Love the massage the heat is ok, doesn't get real hot but I would definitely recommend this recliner to anyone. Very soothing and beneficial for bad backs aches. 😁☺️🥰 ... show more
