My 10 and 12 year olds put these together in about 20 minutes. They are very comfortable, and the look was just what I was going for. Only downside was the styrofoam tape that the legs are wrapped in smelled like dog poop. Luckily once that was removed no odor remained.

I took a chance on these inexpensive chairs, and I love them! I am impressed with the overall quality and ease of assembly--it took less than 5 minutes to assemble each chair (I did use my own, good quality Allen key, but one is supplied). The chairs are comfortable, and they look great with my dining table. They were packaged very efficiently and also quite well for such inexpensive chairs: the seats in plastic, 2 on the bottom of the box (a single box!) and 2 at the top of the box with the 4 frames and legs--wrapped entirely in protective paper--between and with cardboard bumpers for added protection.
