No wood parts were labeled making it very hard to figure out how to assemble. We will be using this piece as a coffee bar. It is very nice and pretty. However, the bottom front piece was broken when we opened the package. We glued it and will use it anyway as you can see in picture. The wood that the drawers are made from is very thin. One of the drawer sides broke when we were assembling, so again, we brought out the glue, let it set and glued the entire drawer(s) when finished assembling. When we put the top on (which is very pretty!), there was a small chip on one corner. (Shown in attached picture.) We applied a little stain, so it's not as noticeable. As far as assembly, it was very time consuming. The instructions are pictures and numbers. Some of the wood pieces were numbered, but most were not. Overall, it's a little expensive for how much time went into assembly and fixing things, but we like the outcome. ... show more

I want to start off by saying I absolutely love this buffet . Took me about 2 1/2 hours to put together with no complications except 1 an that was the center drawer slide hubby helped took him about 2 minutes then I was back at it . Instructions were easy for me to understand there were a couple pieces that weren't numbered that got a little confusing but looked closer at the instructions an the specific pieces were pictured once I figured that out everything went smoothly. It's very beautiful an sturdy an would definitely buy it again ... show more

This wasn't the worst piece of furniture I've had to assemble, but it would have gone faster if the pieces were actually labeled to match the instructions. Since they were unmarked, I had to figure out which piece was which, and label them myself based on the instruction booklet. The cabinet itself is sturdy, but quality is all over the place. Some pieces were not cut level, and some pieces had large knot-holes that made construction difficult. All-in-all I'm happy with the finished piece, but it was definitely not worth the $200 I paid. ... show more

This is one of my favorite purchases on Amazon. It is solid wood, sturdy and very cute. It took a VERY long time to put together, about 5 hours with my amazing husband’s help, but it was so worth it. Highly recommend.
