This chair is exactly as shown, a clean soft white color, smooth to touch and comfortable to sit on. It adjusts easily and was simple to put together. I had a problem with a folded crease on the back of the chair. I contacted Furnimart and they were willing to receive the chair back, but they gave me a tip to soften the crease.
