LOVE this couch!!! We received it in three long but narrow boxes. The couch was REALLY easy to put together, It’s super soft, and is actually really sturdy!! I was hesitant as this is my first furniture piece from Amazon, but I’m impressed! It’s definitely not a top notch couch, but it’s definitely worth the money so far! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the armrests and back cushions are not very full/comfortable as they aren’t as padded at the seats. But that’s an easy fix with getting a few bags of Polly fill and adding to each cushion! It does sit a little lower than most couches, but it’s not terrible at all! All in all I’d definitely recommend getting this couch for anyone looking for something comfortable but not too pricey!🙂 ... show more

Okay, overall the couch is great for the price. The setup was pretty easy and quick and I did it alone. (Female) The couch itself is very soft and looks amazing. It is low to the ground and the back cushions are not super sturdy but we have ours against the wall so that doesn’t matter much. The cushions move A LOT so we had to buy some Velcro strips and that helps a lot. As for the delivery, oh man I would give 0 stars for that. First and foremost my couch came super quick and only 2/3 boxes came. I waited for the third box before even trying to set it up because of the return policy. They shipped me 1 box that was the completely wrong couch. Wrong color and fabric. Their customer service is terrible. They take DAYS to respond to one single message so my problem took almost 2 weeks to resolve! They ended up sending the correct one after weeks of back and forth and then ignoring me until Amazon stepped in. They told me to keep the other couch part and dispose of it myself since I wasn’t able to bring it anywhere. I mean that’s cool and all but I just am going to donate it because there’s barely enough parts for it to be beneficial to me. Couch is super pretty and super great for the price but the shipping and customer service was TERRIBLE. Would never buy from them again due to this. ... show more

first off, it does look good, very easy setup about 45 minutes. second, the back cushions are terrible! way to thin, either add extra foam or get new ones. third, it has to sit against a wall, the back bolts on and the wood is not very thick. with no support it would be easy to break the back off. shipping was fun, it comes in two boxes and they did not arrive together witch sucked because i had the room ready to set it up to assemble the couch when it said it was out for delivery. all in all not to bad but not very comfortable. if you looking for something to lounge on in front of the tv, this is not it ... show more

Value for money. Easy to set up. Is as it is in the images (We got the Grey colored one). Enough space for 3-4 people to be comfortably seated. Nothing was damaged when received. It isn't very heavy. If you have a large family, I guess you should opt for something else. The cushions aren't as fluffy but really standard for the price paid for it!
