Love the price. Somewhat comfortable maybe 6/10 for comfort. It’s an office chair and does what it’s supposed to do. It was easy to put together, I only had an issue with 1 of the arms. The screw was not going in, I thought it was a left and right side but when I switched it the same side was giving me problems. My husband fixed things and made it work. I just which there was a stopper to prevent it from moving. It is gorgeous and makes my office sophisticated and glamorous.

I have never written a chair review, however; I feel this product warrants it. I got this chair to replace an old chair in my studio. I scoured Amazon for hours to find it, and I am glad that I took the time to do so! I was worried about material quality and durability at this price point, but my expectations were FAR exceeded. The piece goes together with a quickness (for me, under 10 minutes), and I only glanced at the instructions once. Suffice to say, setup is simple and intuitive. Once the chair is together, there is a slight amount of play where the base plate attaches to the shaft, however it isn't a ridiculous amount. I only noticed as I was examining it and being critical after my initial excitement. The materials used are very good, and much better than you would likely get from other chairs at this price. The chrome finish is nice, and the chair PU is uniform color with no defects. One really nice feature are the zippered arm rest covers; when they get dirty, which (being white) they eventually will, you can unzip them, lay them flat, and clean them laid out, as opposed to struggling to scrub around 90 degree angles. I am sure this was easier for the manufacturer, but the end result helps the end user as well. Good on them for that. Another thing I am very happy with is the height; I am 6'4" in bare feet, and my wife is 5'0". We both fit comfortably after adjusting. They definitely got the seat height right. And to that point (of size), at my height, and 260 pounds, there is plenty of room at the sides. Mind you, however, I am fit. That is not to say that a 5'10" guy that is 260 will find it comfortable. He may not. That said, most people should fit in this without an issue. The casters had a positive snapping-in, and roll over my low carpet easily. This chair is definitely well built, save for the slight play mentioned earlier. In no way does that detract from it at all. The aesthetic fits my studio perfectly, and in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this chair. If I have any issues with it, I will post an update review, but so far so good. I really love it. If you like the way it looks, pull the trigger. It is definitely worth the price, and more.

I like the all metal construction easy to get together without instructions I need the premium wheel upgrade no problem 20$ extra because the wheels are a hard plastic I want silence to follow the lux look and feel simple and 69$ isn’t going to break the bank if you decided you need many more then one using it with my gaming setup on a budget white theme heaven

For the price it’s decent. I wanted a simple rolling chair for my art studio and I purchased this one based on the reviews. After putting it together I would have chosen a different chair probably. I was able to put it together fast with my cordless drill using a hex socket/allen wrench bit. The hardest part was the arms because they did not line up with the holes on the chair itself. Also, when I sit in it the chair feels a little unstable. Like there is not enough support between the bottom of the chair and the post. I’m a medium size woman (150lbs) and it feels like the center post is not wide enough to support the base. I’ve never bought a chair before but I have a rather cheap office chair at work and have never noticed this with it. I’ve triple checked to make sure I put everything together correctly. Beautiful chair and it matches the aesthetics I was going for, but the stability is lacking.

My chair arrived last Wednesday, but I only assembled it today. It looks overwhelming as you take all of the pieces out of the box, but it is straightforward to assemble. Took me less than 45 minutes start to finish. Assembled, the chair is really nice. Many reviews talk about the incessant squeaking. I'm guessing it has to do with how they assembled the chair. Mine does not make a sound. The seat is very firm, it may be uncomfortable for some people; I'll have a better idea after I use it for awhile. I gave it 4 stars because the plastic lever to raise/lower the chair, the underside broke off in 3 pieces! Fortunately I was able to fit the pieces back, and used liquid Gorilla Glue all over the broken seams. So far it's holding up well. Visually the chair is beautiful. UPDATED 6/1/20 - I originally gave this chair 4 stars. As you can see in my original post, I took one star off for a crucial piece that was broken inside the box. I read reviews where customers who experienced issues were not getting assistance from the seller. I am now in that same issue. After I initially e-mailed the seller regarding a replacement part for that one piece, they are repeatedly e-mailing me asking me is this part broken, is that part also broken. My last e-mail to them stated that I have explained the issue in detail multiple times and if I am sent one more e-mail asking if another part is broken, I will know this is a stall tactic. I have an e-mail this morning asking if the gas lift is broken. I've contacted Amazon to contact the seller with the understanding that if they stall Amazon as well, a request will be made for a full refund. I am NOT the one to play with when it comes to shady customer service. If I could give negative stars based on the seller alone, I would.
