Designed for temporary use, this alcohol free oral wound cleanser contains 1.5% hydrogen peroxide to help gently cleanse and foam away debris from minor oral wounds while helping promote the healing of canker sores, oral irritations, and mouth burns. Colgate Peroxyl Mouth Sore Rinse can also be used to help heal minor oral irritations resulting from dental procedures, dentures, and orthodontic appliances. With a Mild Mint flavor, this alcohol free mint mouthwash can be used up to 4x daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a dentist or physician. To use this hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, swish a capful of oral rinse solution around in your mouth over affected areas for at least 1 minute before spitting out. Not too minty or strong, but you can feel the hydrogen peroxide work if you have a cut in your mouth. I'm trying this for my hairy tongue and to help any possible mouth sores that I have. Definitely helping my bad breath from tonsil stones, too. Highly recommend.
