They are super nice. They are definitely the most affordable dining chairs I've seen. My one complaint is that due to the color it is very easy to get food or dirt stains. When I was assembling it, it immediately picked up dirt from the floor which I was not able to clean up with just rubbing alcohol. But I did remove it with a harsher cleaner and some good scrubbing. The wood comes unstained and unsealed, so you can stain it if you like. It came a week early, which was a pleasant surprise. Very easy to assemble. Although it did not come with instructions it was very straightforward. All you do is screw the legs/base onto the seat with washers and bolts. It comes with a small wrench (and the nuts and bolts) to help you attach the legs to the seat, however I had to also use my crescent wrench since some of the bolts on the legs were kind of loose. I strongly recommend. As for comfort, they are ok. They definitely don't hurt and they aren't awkward to sit in, but the the seats are uncushioned plastic so what can you expect. They remind me of the chairs that they have in schools. They kinda feel like that. I plan on making seat cushions for mine. I absolutely love these chairs! Assembly was super quick and easy — within minutes they were ready to use. The design is modern and elegant, matching perfectly with my glass table and making the dining area feel much cozier. Even though they’re lightweight, they are sturdy and stable. The seat is comfortable enough for everyday use, whether for quick meals or longer conversations around the table. Another big plus is how easy they are to clean — just a damp cloth does the job. We bought these chairs for their price and aesthetic look and were pleased with what we got. They’re very sturdy while also being light in weight. They were very easy to assemble and surprisingly comfortable! I’m only taking away one star because the screws started coming out after a year of use. They’re easy to put back in, but it is kind of annoying to have to screw them back in every month or so. They also have a slight squeak to them if you move a lot. Nothing horrible, unless you’re easily annoyed. Overall, I’d say it was good purchase and the value was worth my money! ... show more

These completed a new dining set I put together for our kitchen.. we had 4 chairs falling apart due to them being too big/cumbersome for children. These are exactly what I hoped they'd be... pretty sturdy, light, easy to move, smaller overall, but not too small... and went well with a modern mid-century antique table I found. The only things to note about these chairs is the finish on the legs is a little unrefined. They're not glossy like the photos. I had to sand an refinish them anyway to match the table better so, it actually saved me some sanding. They looked almost unfinished out of the box... maybe a whisper or suggestion of lacquer had been applied... like a tasteful perfume. But I sanded that off and brought them down a tone or 2 by staining with 'Driftwood' from Minwax. Now they blend with the table better. The white plastic is easy to smudge/shows (dirty) fingerprints but is easy to clean. I'd prefer a more polished surface but it is very acceptable as is. I honestly have no real issues with this set, for $100 shipped you can't beat this set. They seem sturdy so far and my 220 lb butt has tested each one. Assembly was as expected.. most went together with no issue, a few bolts/screws needed tightening after the journey from half a world away... but no problems at all. ... show more

**EDIT: We just moved and have tile floors here. If you push the chairs in/out the screws come loose every day. I bought these to replace the IKEA chairs that have broken since we bought our dining table. (About 1 yeah and a half ago) These were pretty easy to put together but I do recommend wiping all the parts and letting them dry because the dust made my hands so dirty that I started leaving finger prints all over the white. I assembled these by myself in about 15 minutes. The mesh wrap around the legs gets caught under the screws and leaves little pieces stuck in there so you have to unscrew that to get it completely off. There must be a better way to package them. They are already easier to clean than the IKEA wooden table/chairs. They look great and we will be staining the legs to match our table more closely. Easy to scrub clean after the kids have left their mess in them. Overall, I would recommend. ... show more

These chairs made me feel like a money saving chair buying MASTERMIND!😜 They were cheap, modern, strong, sturdy and CUTE. I have two kids so I needed them to be strong and durable bc...kids.....and they needed to be pretty....for me. With the price being so low-I'm not going to lie, I was a bit worried. Also, they were packed exceptionally well. No problems, missing parts or bad engineering, they arrived in perfect condition, expertly wrapped for protection and all 4 chairs fit in one box. Impressive. I even made a small joke with the ups guy saying that he'd be back tomorrow bc there was no way all the chairs fit in that one box. But they were all in there, expertly wrapped, and SUPER EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. I will point out that furniture assembly has never been my thing bc... blech....I am known for many things, but definitely not for my mechanically-minded abilities. These chairs made me feel like assembly was my superpower😂 Only thing to watch out for is I ended up having to scrub the chairs, an extra step, bc every two chairs your fingers will get pretty gritty, black and slimy from whatever grease was on those screws, so you could shortcut by washing hands more than I did and save time😉 ... show more

I loved these chairs so much, but after 2 years, 3 out of 4 of them have broken, just as the other reviewers have stated. Now I'm on the hunt for new chairs and can't find any like this that are sturdy & durable. Really loved the look and feel of these ones though, I just wish they were more durable. It was quite embarrassing I've had 3 different guests come over and break the chairs. To be fair, each of guests were heavier, maybe like 165 lbs+. Me and my partner are <150 lbs, so we've never had issues. The color is great, the white really goes well with our dining table. But sadly due to safety issues I have to look else where :(. I know it just a matter of time before I have to throw out the last chair. I'll miss them dearly. RIP! ... show more

We have 7 children aged 7 and under, so durability and ease of cleaning were top priorities when searching for new dining chairs. I'm happy to report that these fit the bill perfectly! Assembly was a breeze, my 2 year old even helped. That same 2 year old also decorated one of the chairs with crayon while I was putting together another one. It took a little elbow grease, but I was able to remove all evidence with just a wet washcloth. Cleaning is so much easier than the traditional wooden chairs, where crumbs would collect between each spindle. These take 2 seconds to wipe down with a cloth. The price also can't be beat as budget was an important factor for us. We needed 10 chairs so we ended up purchasing 12 as these come in packs of 4. Even buying 2 extra chairs than we needed was more affordable than other options we looked at. The one thing I will mention to any parents out there with little ones...they are prone to tipping over. The leg supports are centered under the chair, leaving 4-5 inches on either side of the seat that are "unsupported". When one of our younger kids would scoot to the side of the seat to get off, the chair would tip over. But we have since taken caution to help them on and off and now having used the chairs for 2 months, they have learned to do it safely on their own. (To be fair, they have tipped over the heavy wooden chairs in the past, so at least these are lightweight and won't crush a foot if it falls) All in all, we are extremely happy with these chairs and would purchase again in a heartbeat! ... show more
