It took "forever" to get here. Based on tracking, Fedex had a bad label and was confused as to where to deliver. I reached out to Furmax via email and they were quick to respond. When the chairs finally got here, the packaging was a bit damaged and the hardware probably fell out, because it wasn't in the box. Again I reached out to Furmax and they quickly sent out the package of bolts and nuts. Great customer service! The structure of the chairs are made with less than quality materials, but you get what you pay for. I've had the chairs for about a month and a half now with normal use--just sitting. When you I sit back, the back shifts a bit. The fabric on the chair and parts that you can see without flipping the chair over look nice. ... show more

Legs do not quite match length, so even with the adjustment screws, the rock a bit. If you have kids, it will drive you batty. 😁 Decent cushion and very nice color; more of a cadet blue than actual gray. 2 bolts on each chair are awkward to get in due to location, bur otherwise decently easy to assemble. There were 2 of us assembling (a Marine and I'm recovering from shoulder surgery), and even the Marine could understand the directions! HA! Worth the cost. ... show more

Hey, I know I will rarely sit at the dining room table any more so why pay a lot. They are a PAIN to put together (their easy and simple) just time turning each bolt over and over if you don't a Allen Wrench set in your electric drill. Over all they are great....and a perfect match....are they the world's most comfy..NO but i don't want you sitting and eating for hours on end anyway...hahahah. ... show more
