I love the look of this shelf. The tubes were easy to screw together (there was only 1 stubborn one) and the ~5 ft height is tall enough to keep my plant away from my cats. The space in between each shelf is perfect too, just the right size to display a few of candles or knick knacks. The shelf itself is light and pretty flimsy (which was expected) so I placed it into a corner so the walls could give the shelf a bit of extra wobble protection. Unfortunately one of the corners was already damaged when I received it. I still used the shelf so my plant wouldn’t fall prey to my cats, but the sturdiness of that one corner worries me so I couldn’t display some of the slightly heavier stuff I originally wanted to. Overall a decent shelf for the price, just hope yours doesn’t get damaged before it gets to you! ... show more

This will meet the needs for what I wanted it for. It’s not very sturdy but I wasn’t expecting it to be. For the price I’m mostly happy with it and putting the unit itself together was (as advertised) very simple. What wasn’t simple was installing the eyelet screw needed to stabilize the shelving unit. The wall anchor (or wall plug) is way to big for the eyelet. It literally pulls right out. The above picture is of the size anchor the seller provided (yellow) and the anchor I ended up using (blue) the directions say to use a 1/4 drill bit. I used an 11/64. It’s sturdy enough for my needs but if I had little kids pulling up on it or was using it to store things for everyday use I would definitely recommend buying an additional eyelet screw and anchoring it on both sides. One thing that I thought was an added benefit was that had I wanted to make this taller or differing heights it would be very simple to buy multiple units and mix and match them. To create whatever look you wanted. All the shelves are the same, including top and bottom, but it does have feet and topper caps so you couldn’t turn 1 unit into 2 smaller units. ... show more
