I've put almost 200 miles on my bike. 21 MPH is fast enough, and it is compliant with road regulations where I live (If a bike goes faster than 28 mph it is required to be registered, insured, and licensed ) I get to work and back with ease, I took the bike for a ride clear across town, 15-20 miles almost entirely full assist and it did great! Doesn't take all night to charge back up so you can make it to your destination and then charge it up for your return route if you need to! I bought a basket that fits perfectly on the rear rack and it's great for running errands and my belongings. It's a heavy bike but that makes me feel secure and stable. Assembly was easy and I found it quite satisfying that I was able to do it by myself. (The tires require a motorcycle/car pump, I didn't realise this at first but after I got it figured out used the compressor we have in the garage to fill them 45psi and I was good to go!) ... show more

The motor has plenty of power, which makes hills and longer rides much easier, especially when I’m tired or carrying things. It’s perfect for running quick errands, riding around the neighborhood, or just getting some fresh air without feeling exhausted. The battery is removable and charges fast, and the ride is smooth and comfortable. For the price, this is an amazing value and a great option for busy moms who want something practical but fun. The removable battery is convenient and charges fairly quickly. I like that it locks in place and feels secure. The range has been solid for my rides, and the display is simple and easy to read. Works perfectly, it came in a super sturdy box and was easy to put together. The only problem was the front fender was bent. The seat is uncomfortable for those with wider hips and the kickstand is farther back than my other bikes but that's just nitpicking.

I purchased this for my 77 year old dad who doesn't and hasn't ever in my 43 years of life ridden a bike that I could recall. This was the answer so we could ride together. I got this for a couple reasons, my father's health, while he is semi active he struggled with his weight and blood sugar. The first reason is he's not able to raise his leg as high as he used to, I watched him try to step over the gas hose at a gas station and tumble. That hurts to watch as his child. So the step through part is a Godsend, and allows him to straddle the bike a little bit. The second reason is he hasn't built up the endurance to ride a manual bike. We live in a hilly area, hence Spring Hill FL name... since purchasing this months ago we made it more of our routine. He's gone from needing the hill assist at 3 down to 1 or 2 depending on how long he's been riding that day. I coupled it with the Cloud 9 cushioned seat. That makes for a better riding experience. When my dad first started and since he has only had one fall and that was the first time he took it for a spin. He wasn't comfortable with the throttle control yet, and it was not a bad fall thankfully. What I love about this bike(the times I rode it): -It allowed my father and I to enjoy an activity together even at his progressed age. -The battery life is great, I took it out and for a few hours of max PAS(5) cranked on the throttle and rode it like a dirt bike around our churches sandy lot while I picked up trash. -The price, while the cheapest on Amazon I do not feel I received anything cheap at all. -It says 20 mph peak but we get 21.2mph on a flat surface and I have hit 29 mph downhill there's not really a lot of straight downhill places to go faster. -That said the power is there. No question. It's not a crotch rocket motorcycle, but it has zip and zest. Getting uphill is no problem for the motor, it handles it like a beast. -Despite the speed it was amazing smooth and stable the whole time, no crazy wobbles or feeling like I was on a flimsy bike, very solid feeling. -The breaks are great. I ride a manual mountain bike and my old school rim grip brakes squeal and are difficult to adjust, plus they do not slow me down as well as my father's disc breaks. So I feel safer and secure when riding myself or in knowing my father will be able to stop to avoid oncoming traffic. -I mentioned it already but the step through feature for my dad. -The ergonomics and handles all feel good. -The digital display is easy to read, and the PAS mode is easy to change up or down. There are miles traveled on the trip meter and a way to reset it but I leave it as is. -The back bike rack over the rear tire is solid, haven't had to use it for anything but trust me it's sturdy and could easily hold 40lbs+ -The front LED headlight is fairly bright and works way better than those old school ones with the generator that worked off the tire, IYKYK. -The electric horn is not annoying, seriously they got the noise right, and it's significantly loud to be noticed but not an air horn. -The 7 gear Shimano shifted smoothly and without issue. I did have to adjust slightly but that is not hard. -It took me maybe 30-45 minutes to assemble. Fairly straight forward. There are some videos so you can get an idea of the process. I definitely do not think $200 for professional assembly is needed... but to each their own. I couldn't say enough good about it without buying another... and I did. 7/24/2026 and waiting for mine to be delivered in a few days. After I get mine I will look for a dog trailer adapter for my 12 year old Border Collie named Sprocket. Since I have back problems the vertical sitting position of these bikes is better than my mountain bike where I lean forward. Things I didn't like: -The stock seat is stock, but the bar holding it comes up so high that when we got the after market one I have it all the way to the bottom and had to gronk on it so the seat doesn't shift left or right. This makes it where it is just slightly like .5 - 1 inch higher than what I'd like for my dad to be more comfortable straddling it. -I had to buy the after market reflectors as the seat one doesn't work with the new seat. There should or could be a feature that allows a person to plug an LED into the battery. That's minor, but of note. Overall, this deal is incredible. The lowest price and I do not feel like it's sacrificed ANY quality. In fact my $250 Mongoose mountain bike makes me think I was cheated there. If you're considering a more expensive bike ask yourself why. This has the performance for entry and mid-level riders without the price tag. Unless you're specifically looking for a style or feature(longer lasting battery for commuters, more speed for thrills, or something niche) this will hit all of your basic needs. ... show more

I have had the bike for a few weeks now, little over 100 miles on it. Was super easy to put together and is really so much fun. I really like the features - rear rack, light, horn, odometer, speedometer, pedal assist. Top speed of 25mph (the book says 21). Good distance on the battery. Would highly recommend!! Its a soind bike well packed in the box. Easy to put together. Great ride but im not satisfied with the battery life. With a full charge and always pedal assist i bareley get 29 miles per charge. I live on fkat ground. Brakes arent real strong. But great fir tge price
