Provides good support and I like the attached panels that make cinching this binder tighter. My only suggestion would be that is should be a bit more ample (more top to bottom measure). But it is still a good product.

The Velcro sticks better than I expected. One thick strap and two small ones over the thick one that make it very secure. You can use it for low back support or a hernia support from stomach incision after surgery.

Wanted to start using a little personal trampoline, but needed to hold the gut in due to umbilical hernia. This works as well as I think it can; 6' 290 lbs. The extra large fits me. The really good thing is that all the material has affinity for velcro, so the side tightener straps can be overlapped beyond the belly button and the one on top will stick to strap on the bottom; can make pretty tight.
