Description

Installation: 1. Drill two pilot holes in mounting surface. 2. Place screws (included) in pre-drilled holes. Tighten slightly until secure, but do not over tighten. 3. Hang on the EZ Mount Bracket to the screw. 4. Hang on and align the picture light with the mounting bracket, then slide the unit down. 5. To take off the light from the mounting bracket for charging: A) Hold the dartboard light by the base (not light head). B) Slide the unit up. C) Once the body releases from mounting bracket, pull the unit out. The light is great for the price in it looks high quality, puts off great light, and is easy to install. One thing that was not exactly promoted is that this light does not run on batteries. You need to charge the light via a cord. While that is not difficult it does require an extension cord to reach the lamp up on the wall, or you must detach the lamp from its mount and charge for a bit. Easy to install and you have to take these down and recharge after a lot of usage. Easy to plug in with a USB charger. Sets the mood in the evening. If you use them every afternoon, you may have to charge them every 2-3 days. Great if you can not wire into walls.

Once I received it, I immediately charged it all day. At dusk we put it up, which was very easy and using the remote, turned on and it has made such a difference. I love how long it lasts in between charging, but I do leave the light at 20% so It lasts longer. So happy they make these chargeable lights now, because having to pay an electrician to put a light there would have been expensive or having a chord down to the plug would have been just plain ugly. Looks great and easy to install but the light won't recharge after turning it on just 2 times. So now it sits on the wall un-lit which really isn't the purpose of it. Sad to have contributed to the landfill with this one :/

The remote, which was not abused or misused, broke in 2 weeks. It operates now but only at one level of brightness. Seller's/maker's fault! Why did I keep it? Good question! Totally NOT the seller's fault.
