Great customer service and solid table overall
Size: 2 Motor/Black
I initially received a table with a defect, which was disappointing considering the price. I contacted the seller right away, and although we had some back and forth at the beginning, they ultimately made it right. They sent a brand-new replacement, and the second table arrived in good condition. I’ve assembled it now, and the quality is solid. The table feels sturdy and stable, and the overall finish looks good. Assembly took some time due to the size and weight, but the instructions were clear enough to follow. While my first experience wasn’t perfect, I appreciate that the seller stood behind their product and resolved the issue. That makes a big difference when purchasing a large and expensive item. Overall, I’m satisfied with the final outcome.

Great choice
Size: 2 Motor/Black
I did write a review earlier, but I want to rewrite my review. I’m very excited and very grateful that they were kind enough to give me a new bed because my bed was bent on delivery. Great customer service very kind. Even with the first bed being in bed, it still worked extremely well. I wasn’t disappointed.

Great electric table for my esthetics practice!
Size: 2 Motor/Black
This electric massage table is absolutely perfect for my esthetician room. It’s affordable, heavy duty, and exactly what I need to raise the table up and down to prevent back injuries. It took a few hours with my husband to put it together - patience was key. Highly recommend it!

Excellent product.

Wonderful table. Easy to move and yet sturdy enough for physical therapy treatments and exercises. Great value for the price.

Love the look
Size: 2 Motor/Black
I love this bed! It’s sturdy and sleek looking. The up and down button works. I have it 4 stars because I do wish the topper had more cushion, but it’s still comfortable

assembly is impossible, let alone normal use.
Size: 2 Motor/Black
When I attempted assembly, the screw holes connecting the two main sections would not align no matter what I tried; consequently, the screws could not be inserted or tightened to secure the unit. I am unsure if the screw holes were manufactured incorrectly, if the components shifted due to impact during shipping, or if the wrong parts were packed. In short, assembly is impossible, let alone normal use. Given the item's heavy weight, it is not feasible for me to transport it to a UPS location for a return or exchange myself. I purchase many items on Amazon throughout the year and am usually very satisfied.
