The weight inside the ankle weights is accurate. The only issue that I find is that the way the weighted beads are distributed throughout the product is a bit inconvenient. There’s no stop gap to stop the breads on top from sliding to the bottom. Before I even Started working out just walking around caused all the beads to shift towards the bottom leaving a large bulge that hangs way over your ankles onto your foot, etc. overall decent product, but you get what you pay for ... show more

    • The Filling Does Not Stay Inside the Weights

From the first day, there was a small amount of the weighted filling on the floor wherever I used the weights. I couldn't see it and assumed it was sand. It was annoying but I thought harmless. Eventually, more of the weighted filling started to come out when I was putting the weights on, so much so that I had to sweep after using the weights. Now 6 months into using the weights, the filling is coming out in much larger quantities and it does not look harmless! It is mainly very small, unevenly sized, black balls with some silver balls. Who knows what these are actually made of! My guess is something left over from a manufacturing process and probably not healthy at all. Will not order again! ... show more
