If there were zero stars I would choose that. The bean bags are actually very soft & comfortable. The problem is that they fuzz EVERYTHING! My family looks like we're walking around with dog hair all over us all the time. I don't even sit on them & I have fuzz on me. We tried washing the covers multiple times and still nothing has changed. I thought it would slow over time but we're 6 months in and it's still terrible. And now the company won't respond to my inquiries. Spend a little more money & get a product that doesn't fuzz you. ... show more

Great Quality! Love that the cover is removable for washing! This is especially great for my sensory child that needs to roll around on things and often jumps on furniture. These are just big enough for an adult to sit in. Buy 2 if you want a foot rest. It has a washable outer cover with a lock so the kids can't get in to it. Has 2 keys. When you open it, the bean bag iteslf is double zippered. I'm so happy with this purchase, kids love them so much. I have a 5, 3 and 1.5 year old. The 2 little share for now but will be buying a 3rd. It’s now two years later and I have washed the covers multiple times. I have had to sew up some holes on the inside bag, but that’s because my kids use them as landing pads from the top bunk. ... show more

Beautiful light pink with white polka dots. Bought it for 6 yr old grand girl, and her 11 yr old sister loves it too. It has just the right amount of filling to make it firm but really comfy too. i plan on purchasing another one!

    • Terrible customer service from company. Defective products.

Upon receipt of my third bean bag chair from this company, I open the box and thousands of loose beads flew everywhere. On further inspection I found there was a tear in the liner thus allowing all the beads to escape from the chair. I contacted the company and they responded that they would need pictures of the defective item, in the box, before they could do anything. I will never buy from this company again. UPDATE: While removing the cover of the second chair, I found the liner had also torn and all the beads were loose. SECOND UPDATE: Again, attempting to wash the third cover, the liner was torn and beads were everywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot find a way to contact Amazon to report this defect and calling the company is useless. AMAZON: If you review this, I have received two defective products from this company. I am very disappointed ... show more
