This is a large steam tent. It can accommodate two people sitting close together or standing. I turned it on its side so that I could lay down while steaming, and it works perfectly. For the time being, I'm steaming with an instant pot until my wood bending steamer arrives. I gave it four stars because it is supposed to be 63" tall but is only 60". I was going to return it because of this, but I decided not to because using it on its side fits my agenda best. This tent is well-made and keeps the steam perfectly contained. I fully endorse this.     • Nice steam sauna but beware of rust

Assembly is quick and fun with the push button rods and then zipping the skin on. It comes with a floor mat but I also set it up on a towel to help protect my wood floors underneath. It does tend to create a wet spot where the downspout it pointing so I tried to move it on occasion to help it not all collect in one spot. My daughter noticed that the front window is removable and held on by Velcro. After she removed it, the stitching in the corner of the window came out and would not re-seal after. It is an easy fix and I don't think we will ever need to remove the window again but wanted to mention it. The tent retains the heat and moisture very well but I think I need a more powerful steam generator (purchased one from Amazon to go with this tent). My main issue was after using it twice over the course of 4 days, I noticed there was standing water inside the poles which started to rust out the poles. I am not really sure how to avoid this other than to take it apart in the middle where it just slide fits and then empty each half after use. I made sure to leave the door open when I was done with it each time to allow it to dry. The poles are on the inside and are not protected from the moisture. I still like the tent and will use it when we travel. I recommend it, just watch out for that moisture build up in the poles. ... show more

This sauna tent does what it is supposed to do. It is a cheap alternative. It has to be wiped down and aired after each use. The metal will start rusting if not wiped down. Iโ€™m going to wax the metal to see if this will help slow the rust process down. It has a thin rug on the bottom. Two people can fit in this tent, but it will be tight. I bought a Simivol Sauna Steamer Machine to go with this tent. Both pieces are compatible. I sat in this tent for 30 minutes and had a great sauna. This is good for a deck, screen room or downstairs basement. The bottom will get wet so donโ€™t put on a wood floor. The sauna tent will seep water in if it is raining outside. I put this tent together by myself. It takes some patience and a little extra time. The tent is not the height mentioned but it is 59 inches. Put an outside rug underneath to give it more cushion and wipe it down after each use, you will have a nice tent. I took my teak shower stool and Iโ€™m using it inside this tent. If you want a nice sauna for a cheap price, this is the tent to do it. ... show more

I got this to help me with detox and sleeping patterns. I knew that, thatโ€™s what these things definitely support when used as prescribed. My First (and most important) note: You Must get a steamer to use. There are numerous on Amazon that will work, I however, would recommend at min. a 4 liter one. Secondly, Iโ€™m a 6โ€™ man and there is no way Iโ€™m gonna stay hunched over in a 5 ft tent very long. So, my choice is this: sit on ground or get some sort of a chair. I would recommend a chair that does have metal as it may rust, and definitely one that wonโ€™t tear through the rather thin flooring of the unit. Once your past those concerns, know that it truly is a good steam sauna. It took less than 10 minutes to put it together. I, being a bigger guy, would say this is not sized for two people of my size. But, thatโ€™s ok because I got it just for me. Love the lookout windows, the pocket for keeping your cell phone, etc. out of your hands. Seems to hold in steam very well, and unless your a glutton for punishment, one steamer is enough. There are however instructions for how to add another steamer to the sauna, if you choose.
