Customers should know that the video and the written directions have a slight numbering discrepancy, trust the written. Also know that for me, to line up the drawer glides it was best to prop up the ends with Styrofoam to help lift and support while connecting the glides. One person can build this. I did it on my own. Also know that several pieces may come with grimy dirty finger prints on them. The bed went together well and works as it should. The storage is plenty for all the bedding pictured.

This is an all day assembly for one person, and the directions are 95% ez to read and follow. Product came in 2 boxes and they are heavy boxes. If you cant lift a 100#, then dont attempt to lift these boxes on your own. The precut / predrilled pieces were PERFECTLY done. A lot of parts...a lot...the bags of parts were labeled perfectly. Easy to read. I would make sure you have a 10x10 space available to lay out all the pieces. I would also have a battery operated drill / battery operated screw driver to put all the screws in. I turned my drill down to level 6 and it worked great for quickly putting the screws in but not stripping them out. The rollers for the sections that pull out roll very smoothly on our tile floor. I would say this is a 6.5 out of 10 for difficulty in assembly. If you are used to DIY assembly of furniture, you wont have have any problems, but I would not attempt building this as my first DIY piece of furniture. The metal slides for the pull out sections need to be taken apart and used for different inside and outside components and the directions arent really clear about this. You'll figure this out soon enough when you run out of parts. ( I scratched my head a bit and then went AH Ha! that is what that picture meant) Overall, totally impressed with it. Bigger than I expected, but will work exactly as I purchased it for. I believe it will last along time. I will update the more it is used. Also it does not come with a mattress, you will have to purchase a trifold, Japanese, or air mattress for it.

I will update my review if the whole things gets put together. Assembly to a certain point was not difficult. Instructions are clear. The issue I’m having is I have almost the whole thing tougher and now need to connect the rolling sliders back together and they won’t go. They constantly will not stay aligned it seems even with one person on each side and then they get stuck at a certain point. I’d have to forcibly push it in hard and that will probably break something so I’m trying to avoid that. If this can get resolved I’d give this thing 5 stars probably. Seems nice but it can’t be nice if I can’t use it 🤦🏻♂️

We ordered this Murphy bed system for our guest room. We ordered a 6 inch folding mattress (separately), and it fits in there perfectly. My friend slept on it a week and said it was comfortable. I gave it a 4/5 stars because, it did take my husband a long time to put it together. When he was attaching the metal sliders, one bent and one broke. We had to run to the hardware store and buy some heavy duty versions.

Took my 2 teenage daughter 2 days to put it together does not come with worded instructions only photos. Comes with an Allen wrench and a screwdriver but it's best to have a drill with an Allen bit. Extremely heavy to move once it's installed so install it in the room you want it in first.

Difficult to assemble, holes line up, no words just pictures to assemble. Came out nice though after 2 days assembly. I see another person gave a one star because of the P part. In the front of the book it shows how to separate P1 from P2. Pay attention because installing the slides is the hardest part of the assembly. Take your time, look close at pictures and make sure the holes line up and you should be fine.

Not high quality. Pieces broke as we were assembling it. We ended up having to glue many pieces because we needed it for company coming to visit and it would not stay together with the fasteners provided. Make sure to have an extra set of hands at all times when putting it together because if anything falls, it will break. I expected better quality for the price. I would have returned it if I wasn’t under the gun to have a bed for guests. Also it took about 3 hours to assemble as it has a ton of pieces. I’m a building contractor, so I would say my skill level is to where this should not have been as difficult as it was.
