When my husband and I went to build this loft bed for our daughter, it quickly became obvious that parts were missing- like, a whole box of parts. Not the most convenient thing but I get it, stuff happens. I reached out to the manufacturer directly and received a response within a day. Of course they asked for proof, which I was happy to provide. I told them exactly which pieces were missing according to the parts list in the instructions. Again they replied relatively quickly and told me "the information provided was very clear and they were processing it." Wonderful! Mind you, my daughter's been sleeping with her mattress on the floor which isn't a huge issue, but also not ideal, but when I asked for an estimated timeframe I was assured that it would take 2-3 days for the missing parts to be dispatched. Not terrible. I'm slightly annoyed that we have to go through this but their customer service has been good so I'm not mad. When day 3 came and went, I reached back out to again inquire about a delivery estimate. THAT is when I was informed that due to a "logistics issue" they would not be able to reissue the missing parts and suggest that I reach out to Amazon for a refund. My first issue with this is the fact that I am fairly certain that this information would not have been relayed to me if I had not reached back out to them. My second issue is that they have now wasted nearly a week of my time and now am I not only out on a considerable amount of money, but the bed too. This is absolutely insane and the customer service department I initially thought was great is actually pretty horrendous. Save your time and money and order elsewhere.

I ordered this bed for my son's room. My boyfriend and I put it together per instructions which were easy to read. When we were done the bed was wobbly. The price was decent, we loved the height and the storage and the overall look. But the way the bed was we felt it was unsteady so we sent it back. I'd leave a one star but I feel the bed was nice. Would of kept it if it didn't turn out to be that way.

The ladder rungs HURT your feet. I slipped on one rung, grabbed the railing and it broke. The bed was only 3 days old. Took quite some time to assemble and it a bit wobbly. My 8 year old loves it though.

Not enough F screws. Not enough screws for handle, drawers are not going in right. The instructions are only in pictures. And the welding job sucks. If we didn't already open these boxes, yes 2 boxes, we would have returned immediately. Now the drawers are definitely not going in.

Seems solid for the price, no worries about safety. However the ladder rungs are just square tubing and hurt your feet, bad enough that it's an issue that needs to be addressed. Don't like having to fix a brand new product.
