pretty good considering it was under $120. you cant expect $500 mattress quality for that price. it inflated pretty fast. i would say it does feel like a medium firm. I cant feel the springs when laying on it. the other reviews were correct about a lack of edge support but i only notice an issue with it if youre sitting right on the edge. otherwise sleeping on it was comfortable for both myself and my toddler. I sleep on my side near the edge and had no issue. however i think if you are a fully grown man or a larger person it could be a little weak. my husband did make it sink a little when he tried it. but again i knew that would be the case by the reviews when i bought it and it was exactly what we needed. so id say its overall its good for a smaller woman or child. Edit: 6 months later and i am still sleeping comfortably on this mattress with my 3 year old, I would say that the mattress does have a little more give to it now. I have rotated it once about 3 months in and will probably do so again soon to keep the wear even. Im still really happy with it esspecially for the cost

I bought this for my teenager and if I had gotten a bigger size I would’ve switched mine and hers. This mattress is so comfortable and not a bad price. It’s on the softer side so if you like the sturdier feel it’s not for you. But this feels like a cloud looks like it feels.

Box was heavy but we managed to get it upstairs, remove from the box & place it on the bed before unrolling it & gently cutting away the plastic compression packaging. I would definitely place it in the bedframe before doing this. The mattress inflates quickly & gets firmer over a 12+ hr time period. Good quality. Little to no odor. Very functional & comfortable. Great support. Might need to add a fluffy mattress topper if you like a softer bed. This is a hybrid mattress so the box springs are built into the mattress. Very comfortable & firm. Highly recommend.

Advertising: "Those who suffer from back and neck pains will find relief after sleeping on such a top mattress." I have neck and back pain and this mattress aggravates my condition. I contacted customer service and they told me I can get a 50% refund and dispose of the mattress myself. This is costing me money. Plus I need to buy a mattress that is actually supportive. Not pleased. 10 year warranty means nothing!
