* Update after purchasing a 2nd bed queen size Medium - Firm. I felt my first bed a plush full was to soft. I decided to take advantage of the 100 day guarantee. Sent a message to seller they offered a $100 credit, i felt that was fair, as returning the bed (like how do u do that) would be hard. I recieved my refund adjustment of $100 next time bed goes on sale will purchase another bed from same vendor in the Mediun Firm. .***let me be clear we like both beds I just bought the wrong firmness as I had no experience with non-traditional mattress. 1st use a hand truck/dolly to lift and move mattress while in it's box. I placed mine in extra room with no air conditioning a warm room will help expanding the bed, wait at least 24hrs mine took 30hrs to reach full 12 inches 2nd Find the Cutting Tool. This made cutting away the plastic wrap so easy and risk free of damaging mattress. Be ready this thing shoots out of the wrapping quickly as I cut mine as a roll thing sprang out fast. 3rd read the 2 booklets following directions. I noticed after placing my bed on its platform the edge support seemed better than when it was on the floor. I used a Bedsure quilted topper and Zinus cooling 1.5 inch memory foam . Inside pleased with this bed after 5 days that today we ordered the Medium Queen for my husband's room. Mine is the full size plush I like a softer bed. I did purchase the insurance trust me it's worth it. I will update my review in 30 days. I did not notice any strong odors, it appears to me well built, well packaged. I read most of the reviews, watched videos here and on YouTube. The price is very good. Today is May 26,2024 and still thrilled with my purchase I removed memory foam topper leaving only a thin quilted cover my bed is now very comfortable.

Yeah I had my doubts. Pulled it from a box. See it expand. Left it alone for 48 hrs while it setup. It’s the most amazing mattress I’ve slept on. Yes the edges do sag if you sit too close to that edge. But I sat back a little and it’s fine. It’s not a firm mattress, not soft either. They found a happy medium. I would say a little firmer than not. But it’s great.

This king-size hybrid mattress in a box is hands down the worst sleeping surface I've ever encountered. From day one, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I foolishly hoped it would soften up, but after 12 agonizing weeks, it remained as unyielding as ever. As if that wasn't bad enough, the quality is abysmal. One side of the mattress completely fell apart, with the foam disintegrating to nothing, leaving me sleeping directly on the springs. Meanwhile, the other side might as well be made of granite. There's zero give or comfort to be found anywhere on this monstrosity. Every single night is a torturous experience. I wake up with excruciating shoulder and hip pain, feeling like I've been hit by a truck. And I'm not some delicate flower - I'm an average-sized adult. I can't fathom how this mattress could possibly be comfortable for any human being, regardless of size or sleeping preferences. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this disaster masquerading as a mattress. You'd be better off sleeping on the floor than subjecting yourself to this back-breaking nightmare. It's a complete waste of money and will ruin your sleep and potentially your health. Absolutely inexcusable quality and comfort - zero stars if I could give it

So I will start with I doubted that this would be good quality, because I did get it during prime day and it was heavily discounted but being that I have slept on it for over eight months I decided it was time to write a review. The height, comfort Quality and appearance of this mattress are still as if I just took it out of its packaging eight months ago. The springs are still immaculate. I am honestly pleasantly surprised by this mattress and will purchase in the future. I did notice saying that there was a smell when they, the packaging, but I will say that I did not have a smell, and it still does not have smell so I’m not sure what they’re talking about.

I spend triple on my Costco Mattress 10 years ago. I wasn't sure about it but ordered it anyways. As soon as my husband and I slept on it all our back, ne k, shoulder pain went away. I haven't need the chiropractor in months after purchasing it. I have herniated disc in my lower back and neck and it has been life-changing for an amazing price. I have been waiting to post this review until I fully tested out my bed. I have made the mistake in the past of getting the incorrect bed or mattress topper and have hurt my back immensely in the past. NOT ANYMORE! This bed is absolutely phenomenal. If I would’ve known Amazon would be the best for mattresses I would’ve ordered before, but my fear got in the way and now I love my bed!! I sleep good I don’t wake up in pain and I have fibromyalgia, and have shoulder, back and hip problems. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
