So, I really wasn't sure about this mattress but I'm so glad I gave it a try! It is firm for sure, but sturdy and seems well made. The queen size was somewhat heavy but totally manageable to get upstairs. The best part was the built in handles that allowed us to easily expand it in our Loft, and then walk it down the hall to my daughters room. It arrived in a small box and sprang to life with careful cutting. It fluffed up quickly and we let it sit as requested for a day. My daughter wanted some additional fluffiness and softness, so I added a memory foam topper for a just a few bucks more and honestly this bed is now dreamier and more comfortable than my expensive hybrid memory foam Serta. Another big plus is that it doesn’t trap heat. I tend to sleep warm, and with this mattress I haven’t had any issues waking up overheated. We got this for my sister-in-law as she has had some health problems and we wanted to move her in to assist her. The bed is just the right size and not too soft. The only downfall are the sides are a little too soft and if not careful you can roll out of bed but with a queen you can sleep happily in the middle. Overall a great value and good nights sleep.

I don’t like to give reviews right away on something like this.. I purchased this 14 queen mattress like October. I open it and I put it in bed frame right away after opening because I know it can get heavy when fully fluff up. I removed plastic and let it fluff out to size.. I left it for 4 days it was no rush for me.. I will say by far this is such a perfect mattress, I can turn side to side or my back or stomach without sinking into mattress. This mattress is not hard nor too soft it’s perfect. If you’re skinny or fat it’s perfect for you. I have so much body pain issues and this mattress help me to have a goodnight sleep and feeling rested and refreshed in the morning time. I spent so much money on mattresses, so much money to find the right one and until I came across this one and I said to myself I’m tired of spending so much money on beds and I’m not comfortable on it, they don’t make mattress how they use too. I’m a person I love the box springs and beds they had in the 80s and 90s. Now it’s so hard to find the perfect mattress. This mattress that I made in October 2024 was the best purchase yet, the price was excellent I think I got it for under 200, . I just went in to purchase another one but they don’t have the 14 inch queen. I guess I’ll wait, or maybe just get the 12 inch. But I recommend this low cost mattress and if you don’t like it you can return it.. Try it first instead of buying those expensive mattress you won’t regret it and you can have it for all your rooms

*Updating after 6 weeks use. This mattress continued to get softer as time went on. Sleeping with 2 people is neither better nor worse, but you can imagine what a challenge other activities can be like on a super soft surface. I'm also really annoyed that my sheets keep bunching up because the softness makes us sink in more and pull from the tucked corners more than they did on my firmer bed. I'll be swapping this out as soon as I can afford something else. I've had this mattress for almost a week and so far it's ok. It's definitely softer than expected but comfortable. I'm curious how it'll feel with 2 people since I feel like I kind of sink into the middle already. Overall, not bad for the price. I don't plan on this being a long-term solution anyway. Also, I have a slatted frame and I definitely needed a box spring.
