I was a bit skeptical about ordering since there were no reviews & photos because I tend to make a decision with that in mind but decided to order either way. The bed does take quite a few hours to assemble, so be prepared for that. It’s also heavy to carry in but that’s normal for a bed-frame. The fabric is a velvet suede material and it has a decent amount of storage if you tend to have a lot of stuff. As of right now the bed is sturdy but if anything changes I’ll come back and update the review. I do wish the headboard came with a little bit more height because the pillows tend to cover it. ... show more

Review update- after my review posted their customer service reached out to resolve my issue. This is the only reason I am changing from one star. It is for their top notch customer service. If you have issues with this bed, reach out to their customer service to resolve, it took a couple of days to connect but once I did, they handled everything professional and quickly. -I'd give this zero stars if I could. There's at least 50 different pieces to assemble and the instructions are difficult to understand. After 5 hours, I gave up. The screws don't match where they are supposed to go. Can not get them to match up. The instructions tell you to use a certain screw that is not the right size. The title says it velvet but arrived a linen material and was dirty. Returning is not an option because I no longer have the box it came in. Hugest waste of money and time. I'm throwing it in the garage as well as the $$$ spent for it. Not a sturdy piece of furniture. So disappointed in every aspect of the bed and purchase. Do not buy. ... show more

It looks great when assembled; however, it took a lot of maneuvering to get the metal frame attached to the base boards as the screws wouldn’t line up properly.
