Upgrade from an old rx 5500 4gb that was being used as a backup till this gpu came in. Arc raiders maxed settings with maxed Ray tracing gets a solid 140 to 200 fps with dlss on 70 to 90 base fps. Worth the upgrade, works great, runs Fortnite at 170-220 fps on epic settings and cod at 250-295 fps on max settings with dlss on.

Enjoying Elden ring in native 4k with max settings no ray tracing easily. This thing can handle pretty much anything: 4K video editing, 3D rendering, AAA games, etc. And it never goes about 65 celsius in my sff build, I hadn't even used DLSS until a few weeks in as native is so good: can easily do DLSS on low just to top off fps at maxed settings is just awesome. Generally you can tell video cards a good value by just going to Ebay and looking at prices there (Thanks for the tech tip, Linus). The "scalpers" were selling at MSRP. I didn't buy this for gaming but my understanding is that Frame generation can be a useful perk over the 4060Ti even if the FPS bump over the 16gb version is small. Other than that I consider this a "bare minimum" card on the NVidia side to keep you gaming for the next 4-5 years (the 16gb being the key) with nearly any game you'd want to play. NVidia also has better long term support. This card replaces an RTX 1080 from 2016, which I am STILL USING in another machine for object detection on several security cameras. I really just needed 16gb VRAM and CUDA for my AI tinkering. This was the cheapest route to get there without going to the used market (to me, it was worth the +$80 over a 4060Ti 16gb on ebay). I also really like how this particular version is only 8xPCIe and has the shorter pinout in case your mobo restricts you -- The performance difference using it in PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 is nearly nothing unless you exceed the VRAM.
