I am so happy with how this came out!!! thank u to my boyfriend 😂 it is so sturdy, it comes with strips u can stick onto the slats so it doesn’t make any noise! not squeaky at all!! which surprised me considering the metal and the price for the frame!! i threw my box spring away because it is not needed! i do have a higher mattress with a feather topper on it and wanted to show everyone what that looks like with the headboard! not bad at all!! also, we were wondering what kind of screws are used. they’re Allen screws! and all of the pieces were together, we even had some extra! the assembly only took about 2 hours with one person! using the allen screw driver sucked on the hands but that’s just how they operate! also, there are two legs on each side which is the last photo i attached. please be careful of getting onto the bed with ur little piggies!! me and my boyfriend both stubbed our toes 🤣 lots of space under the bed, too!! i love how high it is! the mattress does slide around a little bit but only if ur putting ur knees to it, not while getting off and on! the instructions were clear and i couldn’t be happier with the outcome!! ... show more

Packaging came intact. All hardware needed was supplied. Can be built alone, just will take a little longer. Bed frame is sturdy. It survived a teenage boy and his friends for a weekend. No squeaking. It is movable. I can pick it up from the foot of the bed and move it to the side to make the bed easier. The mattress does slip. It did come with some kind of grip tape, but I did not put it on because it wasnt enough and its maybe 0.5" wide? Instead I bought mattress holders to help with the slipping. Bedroom is a work in progress, the intended person for the room did stay for holiday break from school and she was satisfied with the bed frame, no issues besides the slipping per her. ... show more

I was really excited for this black canopy bed because the design is beautiful, but the quality control was disappointing. Multiple pieces arrived damaged or poorly manufactured, which made assembly frustrating and left parts of the bed compromised. One of the canopy tubes arrived visibly crushed/deformed, so the second section would not slide in properly without scraping and damaging the black paint finish. Another issue was that one of the mattress support brackets had a hole drilled incorrectly, so it did not align with the frame hole at all. Because of this, I couldn’t install the screw and had to leave that support unsecured. On top of that, part of the frame had paint sticking the folded metal pieces together straight out of the box, making it extremely difficult to unfold without forcing it apart. For the price, I expected much better quality control and inspection before shipping. The bed itself looks beautiful once assembled, but the manufacturing defects and damage made the process stressful and concerning from a durability standpoint. I would recommend this only if the company improves packaging and quality assurance. ... show more

I love this bed frame so much, its elegant and beautiful, and very well made for the price, it doesnt squeak or make metal on metal noises like some metal bed frames may. I built most of it myself as a young woman so it was easy to assemble.
