I'm putting it together and see that somehow there are no holes in the bar so connect the other side of the support bars in the middle of the bed!!! For how much I spent on this thing is ridiculous! I am very happy with the value of this bed frame so far. Since it is very new, I will revisit it if anything goes wrong, but I was able to assemble it with minimal problems. The quality of the materials was good for a bed in this price range. I am comfortable with how sturdy it is. No box spring is needed; you just put the mattress on and it's good. The style is very pleasing for a girl's bed. People need to be aware that assembly is only easy with comparison to other furniture assembly projects. It requires two people and a pretty good ability to use the typical tools of this type of disassembled furniture. Also, you will need a second person to help with holding the frame before it is assembled enough to be stable. Assembly took me a couple of hours; I was working mostly alone with just a little help from my daughter. I am not too impressed with the lighting as a feature, but I do like the charging port. The lighting is actually quite optional, but if you have kids they will probably want it. It may not be good for them to have a bed that lights up at night.
