This is just a simple bedframe, nothing special, though you can attach a headboard later on. But I got it for the durability. My husband and I are both bigger people, so much so that we usually always had to put the mattress on the floor for spicy sleep, for fear of breaking slats, wooden or metal ones. We've had both where it's broken on us. Well, we got this one and decided might as well try it out, and if it doesn't work we'll start the hunt for a new one. This one didn't creak, move, or even give a hint that it had trouble holding us up. Absolutely beast of a bed, it can hold the weight and makes no noise. This was very quick and simple to assemble. Came with everything needed, even hand tool. We used two people, but would be doable alone. It’s very sturdy and leaves enough clearance under the bed for storage. We are pleased with this purchase!
